great host and great property. It's a shame that the property only has 1 parking space. We had to pay for parking for the second vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. The location was great, and communication with the host was good.One note for future guests, the building has a carport/parking level below the residential floors, so the floor numbering may not be what guests expect. Look for unit/parking to match once provided for checking, not necessarily floor.Once we got inside, everything was exactly as described, and we had a great stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Was there for three days by myself with my dog. We enjoyed it. Weather was immaculate, and the rental came as advertised.

Great location, very clean!

Good location with a not so busy beach. Only a 5 min walk to the more touristy area. Clean, spacious, matched the pictures exactly!

The beach was closer than it appeared in the photos. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay there again!

Short Getaway

This property is in an amazing location just steps away from the beach. Close enough to shops and restaurants if you want, but away from crowds and noises. Perfect B-Day getaway.

Do Not rent this property if you have more that one vehicle. There is only parking for ONE Vehicle. Pet Friendly, The couch needs replacing.

Property was nice, clean with great location. Host management company was rude and slow with questions upon booking and during the stay. Parking is not in a real parking spot. You risk being side swiped by neighboring units. It is a hand painted spot on the ground making it very difficult to find especially at night.

Lovely property! Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that the refrigerator was modern and had water and an ice maker. (Hate to make runs to the store for water.)

Great little getaway

Location is perfect! Condo is cute! Easy access to beach! Staff great to work with!Parking for one car should be noted as the pay for parking is an added expense. House is minimally stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Bring own soaps, shampoos, cooking spices, cooking oil, etc. Should also be noted that there is a sofa sleeper. Need to ask for sheets for that bed.

Wonderful view, clean - but shower in master bath was inconsistent. No hot water most of the time. I didn’t complain, just showered in the second bathroom.
