We came up north to bike the Tart Trail, fish, do some pickleball, eat pie, and relax by the lake and this place checked all those boxes. We especially enjoyed the deck and fire pit for our morning coffee! Such a great place to stay and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

We loved our stay here! My partner and I visited for our 5th anniversary and this tiny house was perfect for us! It’s close to traverse city without being tooooo close. I would recommend this listing and would love to stay again sometime :)

Very nice place for two people on a quiet lake. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. A good place to relax and enjoy a book, while close enough to TC and the lakeshore that we could head out and find some fun when we felt like it.

Beautiful little house perfect for a couples vacation to the area. Would recommend for anyone needing a quiet place outside Traverse City. Close to everything and very clean. Enjoyed being on the lake.

This place is exactly as advertised! It was perfect for our weekend retreat and had all the necessary amenities. The dock was delightful and the sound of loons on the lake at dusk was a highlight. Communications was a breeze and the hosts were delightful when we came across them. Would certainly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway for a couple!

Cute little cottage. Clean and comfortable. The lake dock was so peaceful to sit and relax on. Mike and Maureen are friendly, helpful and great hosts. If we are ever in the area we will contact them again for another wonderful stay.

This cosy cottage was very nice. It was clean with everything you would need. The host also had coffee, creamer,snacks and probably tea in the tin, for your convenience. There are a lot of things to do in this area, any direction you choose to go. Lighthouse Point, wineries, Skybridge at Boyne Mountain. We left a map we picked up for others to use. Thank you Mike and Maureen for making your cottage available.

This little slice of Northern Michigan heaven was perfect for us! My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. The property was cozy and extraordinarily clean! It was stocked with anything and everything you would need. The owners even added some little touches in the bathroom of necessities you need in case you forgot to pack anything, which we did! Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, towels, blankets and pillows. Communication with the owners was easy and they are so kind. We will definitely be back and will recommend this property to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much.

This tiny house was just what I needed for my conference at Grand Traverse Resort. The commute was short, and coming home after long days to the peaceful lake and dock was good for the soul. If you are a bike rider, this is super close to the VASA trails, which are great fun. Thanks for the hospitality!

My wife and I stayed here for our fifth anniversary, and I must say, it was perfect. It's far enough from town that you get to enjoy the city, but close enough that it is not a hassle to get in early. The area is quiet, the lake is beautiful, and the fire pit was perfect to enjoy a cigar on the dock. We weren't really present much during the weekend, but the interactions we had with Mike and Maureen were pleasant, as were the interactions with the neighbor. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend this spot!

Great location/Very relaxing

An Impeccably spotless and well-maintained property! Wonderful hosts Mike and Maureen; had the pleasure of a nice chat with Mike one morning. Everything is first-class...fantastic HVAC and water system, crisp and attractive decor, and plenty of homey touches throughout, including an incredibly comfortable bed. Felt like home, only with more nature!

Great Little Place to Stay
