This was a fantastic condo. Lots of nice upgrades and it was stocked with beach chairs and towels which was so convenient. The owner was always so responsive when I asked questions. Would stay here again.

This apartment is furnished with modern appliances and sturdy but attractive furniture. The living room opens onto a balcony with a good view of the ocean. I especially liked the 2 walk in showers with non-slip floors. It took us a while to learn to use the lights which can be set at different degrees of brightness. Our family has been having our annual family reunion at the Surf and Racquet Club for many years and we love the wide white beaches and the 2 pools. This was my second year in this welcoming and comfortable apartment and I hope to return in the future.

Great brothers trip

The place was perfect...great corner balcony...very clean...the tennis courts were awesome...just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect...hope to stay there again.

Had to reschedule our dates and the owners were gracious and worked with us. Cpndo is beautiful, loved the location. Awesome beach but not crowded.

Excellent Stay

The condo was very clean and well furnished, with a fantastic view. Loved the short walk to the beach and convenience of the Ritz nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We like this apartment so much that we did not hesitate to go back for the third time. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. It feels good to stay in a place where the owners respect their guests: this apartment offers all the comforts and is immaculate.We will definitely book this apartment again.

Beautiful Location

The Amelia Island Parkway cascading live oaks are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, walks on the beach, shopping downtown, plenty of restaurants and a grocery store only 1/2 mile away.

Another awesome stay!

This is the second time we've rented this condo and as before it was amazing! It's in a great location, has all the accommodations you'll need, it's updated with all new appliances, and has the most functional layout for me and my family😊

Great stay at a great location. Beach was beautiful! Coffee every morning on the terrace watching the sunrise. Comfortable and well stocked condo with everything you need and want.

Best place I have stayed

I was beyond impressed with this place. It was absolutely gorgeous and so clean. It had a beautiful view. It was in a great location. I will 100% be keeping this property ID to book another stay!!
