Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.

Perfect for Two

This is the perfect unit for a couple to stay in at the beach. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The view is stunning. The resort has tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a nice pool, and a sauna. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean.

Cold but sunny

We had a great time as always! We are from Michigan and seen snow in Destin! But the snow didn’t stay long! But it was pretty coming down over the ocean! Will be back! Kitchen was well stocked!

Weather was perfect. Our condo was very clean, exactly as indicated per the pictures. The view was gorgeous. Our first time on Vacation in a while. Could not have asked for anything more. The view awesome. We are planning on returning soon.

What a wonderful week we had! The condo was perfect, it has everything you need. Jeff, the owner, is such a great guy, so helpful & friendly. The balcony was great, what a way to see the beautiful ocean & such white sand. The location was perfect, great staff, & so friendly. We were close to all types of shopping, dining & amusement. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is equipped with everything you might need for a perfect week at the beach and then some. Very clean and the view was gorgeous! Jeff went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect!

Fun activities & beautiful setting

Bright & clean, gorgeous view from back deck, nice amenities (Pickleball & shuffle board courts, warm water pool, walk way to the beach). Weather can be cloudy, windy & rainy in February- so keep the unpredictable weather in mind if you come here in the winter months

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week at Jeff’s condo! Jeff’s communication was great and check in was easy. Some of the things we liked most - the condo was super clean and smelled nice (no musty smell you get with some beach condos), the condo was more spacious than expected, the bed was very comfortable, and the jetty is short beach walk to stunning sunsets! We also really appreciated Jeff having a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach items to use. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Birthday getaway May 2024

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. It overlooked the beach, was in a good location, and had everything you needed. It had all the extras like chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, pickleball and tennis rackets, etc. You felt safe, because it was a secure facility. Jeff was always available and helpful. We would definitely recommend this VRBO

Great vacation!

The property is beautiful! We had a wonderful time there. It was so peaceful & calming with the sound of the waves drifting up to my wife & myself as we sat out on the balcony!

Cozy on the beach

Clean and cozy. Appreciated that owner had some beach items available for us to use (chairs, toys, coolers). Great views and nice location.

Simply Gorgeous!

It was fantastic. The condo was nice, the views were spectacular and the beach was gorgeous. Had wind and quite a few waves but on out last day the water was calm and temperature was 86 and water 83. Perfect!

Great Condo!

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we always try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, and plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants and for shopping. I am already looking to book this unit again for next year.
