Beach front Condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf and 300 Feet of Private Beach

Condo is located in Destin on exclusive Holiday Isle right on the gulf at the waters edge with 300 feet of private beach ( no street to cross). Its on the 6th floor and a great location in the building for the best views. Its one of the larger 1 bedroom units at Holiday Surf - very spacious at 750 sq. ft. The kitchen is newly upgraded and completely tiled (no carpet). The appliances are new. Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, sauna, tennis/ pickleball courts, shuffle board, activity room with Kitchen, exercise room.

Condo and overall property was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect for our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Jeff. He even called to let us know it was ready should we want to check in earlier than 4:00. Condo was well stocked, the bed comfortable and there was a great view from the balcony. Only downside was if you bring your own beach chairs/umbrella you can’t set up on the front row. All properties had private beaches with first row being reserved for rental chairs which are expensive and quite close together. They are first come first serve and you can’t claim a specific spot for the week. So be prepared if that’s important to you. But all in all it was a great week and we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our stay here. Condo is immaculate and had plenty of amenities. Communication with owner was excellent and we highly recommend. Gulf and beach were wonderful and there is plenty to do in the area. All around great experience.

The beach was amazing. It was so nice and peaceful sitting on the balcony listing to the waves at night as the moon shined down on the water. It was close to everything yet felt like you were in your private little oasis. The place was clean and had everything a person would need to make it an enjoyable getaway. Other than still waiting for a deposit refund, we cant brag enough about the place.

Best condo we have stayed at on a vacation. Clean and had everything you could need. Jeff was very responsive when we did need him, which was hardly ever because of how nice everything already was. Would definitely come back again.

Relaxation

Great condo, loved sitting on the balcony seeing the dolphins and the beautiful view. Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation.

6th flr 1 bedroom condo with kitchenette. Beautiful ocean view. Everything was so welcoming and clean. Pickelball and beach chairs were provided and all the necessities that we needed. We hope to be back again next April. Wasn’t super hot or crowded

Perfect for Two

This is the perfect unit for a couple to stay in at the beach. It has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The view is stunning. The resort has tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a nice pool, and a sauna. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean.

Cold but sunny

We had a great time as always! We are from Michigan and seen snow in Destin! But the snow didn’t stay long! But it was pretty coming down over the ocean! Will be back! Kitchen was well stocked!

Weather was perfect. Our condo was very clean, exactly as indicated per the pictures. The view was gorgeous. Our first time on Vacation in a while. Could not have asked for anything more. The view awesome. We are planning on returning soon.
