We absolutely love this location. It's close to the boardwalk, Lake and all the restaurants. Open backyard and patio for dining outside. The front porch is great to enjoy morning coffee or just relax on during the day. We have stayed here multiple times and look forward to being here again next summer.

Second year for our Grand Lake reunion group to stay here. Conveniently located and great for our group to gather together for meals, reminiscing and creating new memories.

Property was a great stay over the Labor Weekend Holiday. We used 3-bedrooms for 5-adults, 1-toddler. and 2-small dogs. The cabinet is right across the street from the park and playground and walking distance to most of the Grand Lake's restaurants, shopping, and The Lake's Beach. Also, the Town is close to providing Dark Sky viewing, a short drive from town provides even a better view but the back-yard of this house you could see the belt of the Milky Way and lots of stars.

Wonderful location’

Location was perfect as we could walk to everything, the kitchen was well equipped, and our group of 6 had everything we needed, including the use of the kayaks!

We appreciated the layout of the rooms, the kitchen, the electric fireplace and wonderful yard and front porch. It's a block from Main St which is a great plus. Overall, it was a great stay!

We LOVED our stay! Everyone had their own space(and bathroom) and it’s fabulous staying right in town! Great place…. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights in late May 2026. The property was just as advertised. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything is in walking distance including the the lake (2 blocks away). We did some cycling around town and up into the park. Rented a pontoon boat for a couple hours on a beautiful day. We saw moose in town and in the park. We highly recommend this rental.

Located Perfectly, Clean, and Comfortable

The property is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable winter stay. There is plenty of room and the home was clean. There is no better location for a fun Grand Lake stay.

Pleasantly surprised

Very unassuming from the outside but it was exactly what we needed for 8 people to stay there. Clean, cozy, and welcoming. Very enjoyable time while we were there.

Comfortable & Convenient!

This is the perfect little cabin if you want convenience and comfort. Super short walk to the lake and to town. Comfortable beds, cozy living room with a fire place that heats the entire cabin wonderfully, great kitchen. Loved the fire pit!

Cozy Cabin Great Location

Super cozy cabin. Fit our family of 5 wonderfully. Can't get a better location in town. The playground was literally across the street which thw kids loved! Definitely recommend.
