This private owner's suite has all the luxuries of a standard hotel room with the added features, a stackable washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. Nine-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with a table, chairs, and lounge furniture. This unit is the perfect escape in the ultimate location on the Fort Lauderdale Beach strip. Located across the street from the beach, the hotel is in the heart of beachfront shops, dining, and nightlife. Please note that the entire building, including the exterior balconies, is non-smoking.

POOL ACCESS:
Guests only have access to the residential pool. Access to the Wet East Pool area is not available for guest use. For your guests wishing to access Wet East, a day pass from the hotel if interested please let us know and we can provide that information. (The cost of the day pass is $125 per person. Subject to Availability)

👨‍👩‍👧 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy limits apply to children and adults 13 and over. Children 12 and under do not count toward the maximum occupancy per city code. Guests who do not follow or abuse the above occupancy limits (i.e. occupants 13 and over exceeding max occupancy as set in the listing) will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued due to breach of rental rules and regulations as set fourth in the rental agreement

🪪 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an ID to us, and the hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule

✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Guest Access:
Guests are renting a privately owned condo and only have limited access to the WET West Residential pool, main pool area is not available to guest unless they pay an additional cost to the hotel for temporary access. We do also keep a locked cabinet with owner supplies, which is also off-limits to guest.

Overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and warm golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this unit is in the heart of all the action. The boardwalk is lined with shops, restaurants, and more.
