For additional bookings please see our upstairs unit VRBO 4822161 same exact location only upstairs when you come to Sea st you are on the beach 24/7. You can sleep up to 8 people in 3 fully furnished bedrooms with all the comforts of home! Water views, air conditioning, convenient to ferries and Main St, Hyannis with plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Newly remodeled living room with LED fireplace and 50" flat screen TV with Roku, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms.6 Beach chairs, , gas grill provided for your use. Salt water swimming pool with pool attendant on premises. Parking for 3 cars and large front yard with deck seating area and picnic table. Located across from Keyes Beach Park. Other amenities include hair dryer, ironing board and iron, blender, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, free wifi, Pack and play and high chair can be provided with notice.beds will be made with clean sheets and blankets. (Please note i do not have a washing machine or a dryer.)You will be provided with 9 sets of towels. Set equals 1 bath towel,1 hand towel,1 wash cloth. Beach towels and blankets are not provided

Our 6th year. We love coming here for many reasons, but first and foremost, it's the condition of the property. Mike does a fantastic job of keeping it immaculate. The location is great and we would love to continue coming here. We highly recommend!

Wonderful location and beautiful front porch! Since there is no laundry I recommend bringing an extra towel or two to last the week.

My friend and I vacation in a different area every year. We both agree that this vacation home is on the top of our list. The house is immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. It is well stocked with high quality knives, pots and pans, and 2 types of coffee pots to choose from. there are plenty of condiments, which is a good thing, Plenty of towels, toilet paper, rubbish bags...well stocked. The ocean view from the house is awesome! Great to just sit on the lovely "wicker" furniture on the porch and watch the boats, and the ferry, in the harbor. The walk to the beach is very easy, and, being seniors, the walk back up the dune is not that hard. I would definitely recommend this house to seniors, and plenty of room for families. Communication with Mike was great. He cares about his guests!

We have stayed here multiple times because we love it so much. The property is immaculate, the location is terrific and the host Mike is very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing stay!

Clean, stocked perfectly, close to literally EVERYTHING, great, easy beach experience especially with little kids!Pool was also great, it was closed for one day of our stay which was a bummer, but otherwise super quiet and clean pool. Highly highly recommend!

Location Location Location. The beach was so close and.an easy ride into downtown where there were many restaurant choices. Hope to return in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Mike is very communicative and the condo is exactly as describe. Can't beat the location, this is our 4th year and we plan to come back next year.

Perfect location

Beautiful condominium, walk right to the beach and the beach is fairly private. Well equipped and enjoyable for the whole family. Highly recommend.

Great property, short walk to the nice clean beach. Everything you could possibly need was available for use. Loved being on the dead end street. A nice extra was the heated pool.

This place really is as great as all of the reviews say! Mike was so helpful and communicative with all of my questions throughout my stay. The house is also immaculately clean and has the best view of the water from the front porch. I didn't want to leave! I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back soon!
