Also, less than 10 minutes to golf courses, restaurants/pubs, grocery stores, shopping centers and so much more!! Tampa is about 25 minutes away.

The house is exactly what we wanted & needed. As the area was hit by hurricane Helene and the beaches were damaged, we found this gem. It's close to everything we needed. Hurricane Milton came thru the area while we were in the house. No damage, no flooding, We will come back to stay when we're in Florida . Highly recommend the house, the hosts and the location.

Beautiful House but....

The house was beautiful but the screened in gazebo in the backyard had no lighting. The lighting was old so it did not work. The screen room was filled with flying ants every night so we could not enjoy that. The second bathroom was in the garage which also had flying ants so we couldn't use that at night as well.

Just Perfect

We loved our time spent at this house. It was very clean and well decorated. The pool was just right for the two of us and we spent as much time as we could in it. We were out and about very often due to the awesome location. Going to the beach was a breeze! The owners were a dream to work with and very fas to get back to us whenever we needed them. The best thing I can say and it should speak volumes is WE WILL BE BACK!!

Disappointed

I rented property for private pool that we did not get over a 4 night stay. Property Manager did not check before we arrived and did not answer phone when called. Our swimwear damaged from chlorine when pump was not circulating water. I had to contact owner for response and to reimburse 3 ladies swimsuits. No credit given for rental of property that I paid in full and in advance.

Perfect place

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for us to visit family and friends in the Clearwater area. The house was just as pictured and very clean. It was also great having our own private pool!

Very Clean, Adorable House

This was our first time with a VRBO rental. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and everything we needed was in the house. The yard was nice and the access to the Pinellas trail is right at the end of the street, so extremely convenient. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Home away from home

We stayed here last year and the only changes that were made were for the better. I like that the hike and bike trail is just across the road. We are near everything and Jess responds immediately when there is a problem.

Clean, comfortable and cute!!

The place was amazingly clean!! Its a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were awesome and we had everything we needed . It was perfect for our family of four. Everything was well layed out and thought of. Check in was a breeze and overall it was our best rental experience ever. I would highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back! Thanks Jess and Mike for making our vacation perfect!

Great little gem

I had a great stay in Largo. The house was cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beaches and highways. I loved hanging out in the privacy of the backyard. Jess was a helpful and communicative host. Overall, it was perfect for a much needed vacation.

Felt like home here with my young family

Thank you for such a clean space, just 10 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, to come home to after our long days out. We had three small children & three adults and the sleeping arrangements worked out well! Loved the lounge chairs, gazebo & pool equipment that we were able to utilize! The pool was nice & warm for us all to enjoy. We appreciate you letting us use your space! Thanks!

Relaxing and enjoyable

From the moment we pulled up to the property I knew that we were going to get the vacation we so desperately needed. The house was spotless. The furniture was comfortable and plentiful. The Florida room was awesome but could use a fan to move air around. The pool was refreshing for a hot afternoon to cool off. Overall great property and will stay again when we come back to town.

Very clean cute lil place. Needs a couple of things fixed.

Pool wasn't working. They got it fixed on the last day. Would have loved to have a canopy over the gazebo. But i loved this place. We will differently be back. You cant beat it for the price. The owners were very nice. When i say clean very clean.

Relaxing stay!

VERY clean house, cute backyard and quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend for couple or small family. Great location, close to grocery store and beach. Host is great and responds quickly!

Perfect for us!

We have been coming to Florida for many years during the month of February. This is the first time we have stayed in this house but have already booked for next year. There are only 2 of us, but we found it to be plenty of space with all the amenities that we need. We didn't use the pool. ( too cold) but we sat on the swing and gazebo area almost every day. We liked the location, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Can't wait for next year.

Nightmare

BEWARE !! Arrived at 9 pm at night , living room light didn’t work so was fumbling round in the dark ,next day had to buy light bulbs . villa very dated ... no outdoor lights worked i.e gazebo or pool lights . Villa very small and cramped. Pool over was ripped and disintegrating , and didn’t really do much because we still had to clean out the pool every morning from bugs and small dead frogs 😢 On returning we were informed we wasn’t getting our deposit back .. we were told we had broke the bed beyond repair (lies) we ripped the solar pool cover (a piece of already ripped plastic) lies , and the best was we broke into the cleaners cupboard and stole toilet paper (laughable) I asked for photo evidence which I never got , my emails were left unanswered. I have escalated these false allegations with home and away and have taken this matter further . So beware of these very dishonest people !!

Amazingly beautiful and extremely accommodating

We stayed here last week for our first family beach vacation with our two young kids and everything was so perfect! My first impression waking is was that they keep everything very well cleaned and in good shape. Our 3.5 year old LOVED the pool which was well maintained and the gazebo was the perfect place for our nightly relaxation! And the bed were very comfortable! I was incredibly impressed with just how accommodating and hospitable the home is. They have everything you need and more! From beach to bathroom/laundry needs, they had it all! They also kept in good communication with us as to any questions we had. Thank you so much Jessica and mike for lending your home to us for a week! We would Most definitely use this house again in the future!

Lovely Largo property July 2019

We are frequent Florida visitors so I know what I’m looking for when I book a self-catering holiday here. This home is obviously loved and well cared for; the cleanliness is excellent and guests are well catered for with comfortable bedding, loads of towels, use of a washer & dryer (a must in my book as it means we can bring less luggage) and a lovely flow to the property - plus the bathroom is spa-like in its decor! WiFi (a necessity for the teens in the party) is provided along with cable tv which meant we could keep up with the baseball. Parking is easy, the neighbourhood is clean and there’s a very relaxing feel to the whole area. I’m pleased we found this wee gem, we had a fabulous holiday here. Thank you.
