This 600 sq. ft. property is perfect for anyone looking to spend time in beautiful Sarasota. This one bedroom one bathroom duplex is located 3.5 miles from the beach. There is parking right outside the door and no steps to climb. The modern decor and furniture have been recently updated. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready if you want to eat in or walk across a residential street where there are restaurants, a bar, Papa Johns Pizza and a Publix grocery store. We also have an outdoor grill and a lovely outdoor patio area. The spacious living room provides comfortable seating and the sofa pulls out to a full size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Outside around the back of the building is a full size washer and dryer. There are also 2 bikes available for your use. Stay in a lovely place with an approximate 6-7 min drive to Siesta Key without paying the higher rental rates on the key. Come relax and enjoy this beautiful property today!

Super Close to Siesta Key

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. Check-in was a breeze. Rental was clean and super close (3-5 minute drive) to the south bridge to the SK Island.Kitchen and bathroom updated/modern and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Both TV's (LR & BR) brand new and of good size. We also enjoyed the quaint exterior patio for sun & drinks.Very conveniently located as well (Publix, Geckos bar/restaurant, Cafe Barbossa (Italian) and the slew of places in SK.

Good but with some shortcomings.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the good outweighed the disappointing. It was conveniently located next to a shopping plaza and a short drive from Siesta Key Beach. The place was smaller than expected and the noise from Clark Road traffic was somewhat annoying. There were some issues with respect to grill, frying pan, and umbrella but the owner was responsive and took care of this.

Great location, spotless, has everything

I was in Sarasota for a friend's wedding, and always opt for a "non-hotel" option when travelling, so I have quite a bit of experience with rentals. This rental was neat as a pin and had everything, from a full sized ironing board (which I used quite a bit!), to a beach umbrella and cooler, to a lovely back patio with a fan for the bugs 😊 Checkin was seemless and communication was excellent. Personally I loved the location because it was central to where I needed to be, convenient to groceries, and I walked in the nearby park every morning. This is definitely an exceptional alternative to over-priced hotels and quite a value. Would highly recommend!

Sarasota getaway

The location was perfect-close to soccer fields for my daughter's tournament and minutes away from the beach and restaurants. There is a Publix within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for 2 guests, and it was equipped with everything you need.

Great rental all the way around!

Location was perfect within a few miles from the beaches, attractions, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Good size apartment with everything you need. We stayed there five nights my husband and I and found the environment very quiet. Kelly was very accommodating, she let us check out later, we needed more time to finish packing and leave the apartment like we found it. Jeanne & Joe

Five Star in every way

This is the place you want to stay in Sarasota, everything was perfect. The house was spotless and they had everything you would need for your stay. Location was awesome, groceries, shopping and beaches near by. The owners were wonderful to deal with and I would definitely book again.

Fun in Sarasota!

The property was great for my girlfriend and I. Everything is clean, and the property owner has thought of everything. We used the beach chairs and cooler which was great! We loved the patio and ability to do laundry. It’s conveniently located also. Would definitely stay here again!

Deceiving

Property pictures seemed better and larger than reality. Not well stacked with cleaning products and kitchen utensils. "Dining room" not well arranged. Outside grounds not well taken care of. 2 bicycles left outside for use were rusted, dirty and missing parts

Anniversary trip

It was a great place to stay while celebrating our anniversary, we went to Miami to the Trump Doral for a company vacation and decided to visit Sarasota. It was a neat small, clean place!

Fabulous House

This was perfect for us, clean, air conditioners were great, patio with fan was awesome. I had questions and needed an accomodation for checkin, and Kelly was very responsive. I would definately stay here the next time I come home.

Siesta Smiles in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy space that satisfied our needs for vacationing together and visiting with family and friends. Away from heavy crowds on the beach but access to things we enjoyed when wished. Liked the back patio area for meals, games, visiting, and sunning. Suggest trimming of shrubs/greenery and new patio umbrella. Thank you for the Siesta Memories!

Feb. 11-18 stay in Sarasota at VRBO property No. 1137062.

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. All appliances were new and ac/heat worked well with no problems.The backyard lanai was pleasant for afternoon refreshments. Although fairly close to a major street, the property was quiet. There is plenty of shopping in the immediate area and about a 15 minute drive to popular beaches and nearby attractions.

Well represented by listing

Very clean place and well represented by pictures and descriptions. The only minor complaint is that the property is actually on a cross street and not on the street listed. This is a good thing because it’s not on the busy road, just frustrating when looking for the property.

Hi...we are Kelly and Rick Oaks. We live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, but we LOVE Siesta Key Florida!!!!! We plan to retire to Florida someday, but in the meantime we will visit this beautiful piece of paradise. We have 2 wonderful boys, ages 25 and 23 who love Siesta Key beach also. Rick owns and operates his own cleaning/ fire/water restoration business and Kelly works from home with the rental properties.

It is perfect for 1-3 people with amenities near by and yet close enough to the beach to drive and be there in 6-7 minutes. A Beach trip without paying the high cost of beachfront prices.
