Amazing stay! Beautiful place!

Silvia was so responsive & accommodating. She made my booking process so easy! The property manager who greeted us to check us in was absolutely amazing! She was so nice. She made sure we were comfortable our entire stay! The condo was beautiful. The views were amazing. In the heart of everything and so convenient. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Prime spot in Brickell

This condo is in a prime spot for enjoying the Brickell neighborhood which is a truly enjoyable place to stay, if you don't intend to see anywhere else in Miami. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife make up this neighborhood. We stayed for the SOBEWFF which was our first mistake.. while only 4 miles away, it can take 30 minutes to cross the bridge to South Beach and Uber surge pricing can hit 100. The unit was great with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and Sylvia was great, but the units description failed to mention the need to reserve parking which could be had at a discount. Instead, we paid 50/day valet with no in and out privileges. Good experience for us, but we would stay elsewhere in the future.

High rise life

Such a great experience! From their thorough checking in to check out they were amazing. They were very conscientious and checking in on us regularly to see if we needed anything! we loved all the amenities, especially the spa. Very high end, and the views from the room were insane. We will be back!

Beautiful place, beautiful views & great pool!

It was a beautiful place, the views were amazing as was the pool! The location was a bit busier than I realized and the parking situation was not the best but it all worked out, we just paid more than we realized we would for parking. One negative was the shower/bath - it was beautiful, but as a person with knee issues it was nerve wracking getting in and out of the shower as the tub is very deep and the tile around the shower was wide, I wish it was more a walk in shower. But as said, it looked beautiful and the place was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The views were even better in person than the pictures described. Would definitely recommend this place!

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
