Great stay, beautiful property!

Wonderful property in The W residences! Enjoyed the pools, onsite restaurants, view and the surrounding area. Our host was timely and allowed us to keep our bags in the property until after brunch! Great stay we will promptly return’

Great area, Brickell has many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property itself could use a deeper clean, smudges on the stovetop, stained windows, stained towels, stained and sticky floors & not enough body towels for the # of guests listed on the reservation even though I was charged an extra guest fee. Balcony is still under construction, so unable to be used which is noted in the description, but that should be considered in the pricing. The host was also not as responsive as I’d liked but my stay was only 2 days so it wasn’t an urgent issue. Overall, the unit is beautiful with pretty views but wish it was a bit cleaner and the balcony was available.

Great stay

Beautiful right spacious condo. Plenty of room for 4 people. Responsive host. Only drawbacks was the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils and cutlery.

Stunning 180 degree waterfront views in modern property!

Absolutely breathtaking views of the Miami river as it flows into the bay, the longest infinity pool in Miami and the ocean beyond! Stunning and modern interior design which is super clean in look and in cleanliness. Felt like the most special condo! So incredible that I contacted a realtor looking to buy something similar in the building! Love! Love!

Great location! Needs a few small fixes

Very nice place. We absolutely loved the location and all that was available nearby. The views from the balconies were great. A few small items needed to be fixed. The toilet paper holder in the smaller bathroom only had one side, the other was nowhere to be found so the TP lived on the counter. There was coffee, but no sugar or creamer. We only stayed a couple of days, so buying it wasn't practical. Very nice place.

Check in was horrible I dont understand why you have to.check. In when its a vrbo and a 35 welcome fee for 2 bottles of water and hand soap and shampoo Unit was nice , could provide more towels and check out would be nice if it was 11 am Never told us what a hassle.it was to get into the pool never in my life not to mention the pool closes at 5You need to check in get an app have ids and take pics for 20.min in the pool Nice place over all Beautiful view

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. The extra fees they charged were ridiculous. After I already paid for my trip and could not get a refund, they Made me sign a waiver promising I wouldn’t do a charge back or I couldn’t get the keys. They also charged me an additional fees for “sample size toiletries” that I didn’t ask for. Coffee maker was full of old wet coffee grounds and fruit flies when we arrived. The washing machine flooded the place while we were there. Balcony wasn’t accessible. The showers were horrible. Sink in master wouldn’t drain plus tons of other things. and worst of all, we came back covered in bed bug bites. It took me 5 days to recover after coming home. It was the worst experience I’ve had in this building. Do not rent here.
