Our family had an amazing time at the Laurel Grove house. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were top of the line. The golf cart was perfect for going to the beach, the grocery and to take the local souvenir shops at the wharf and/or the restaurants at the Boulevard. There was so much to see and do within steps of the house. Of all the vacations my family has been on, this was by far the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, reliability and fun!

House was great. Clean, and well equipped. Had issues with golf cart. Thought we were charging by plugging up every night but not the case. Ran out of power coming in one afternoon and was told the unit was not charging properly. Lesson learned. Other than that great experience.

Great home for our Sandestin couples Golf trip! Everything was described!

Nice Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Nice home with plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location and the use of the golf cart is a plus. Only drawback is the parking.

Annual Sandestin Trip

We loved our time at the Suns N Roses rental during June 2021. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The house is a great location for families to enjoy the beach but also have space to spread out and let the kids have fun.

Amazing Time in Laurel Grove

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything that we needed (and more)! The golf cart was a gamechanger and we really enjoyed using it to get around the entire resort. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Cute and convenient

This property was cute and accessible to everything you need. There are a couple of pools, restaurants, beach, and shops nearby and accessible by golf cart. House is large and has a great porch to sit and watch the golfers on the course. Having multiple bathrooms and beds was great for our friends trip.

Perfect!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Very clean , location is awesome and the golf cart is an absolute must in this area. You truly never have to use your car. Groceries, restaurants, shopping, and the BEACH are all within minutes. Our family of 6 had way more than enough room. Definitely will book again!

late May vacation

Overall we were very pleased with this property. We have stayed at Sandestin several times and always prefer the Laurel Grove area. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the floor plan which included 2 BR's downstairs. The golf cart was excellent, and the employee arrived promptly with the key and instructions for proper use. We would have no problem renting this property again.

Great house and stay

This is our second time staying in Laurel Grove. It's a great little neighborhood within this community. This house was perfect for our vacation. Bedrooms were all good sized and we all commented on how well we slept. Beds were very comfortable. Living room is large and nice. The golf cart is always a must in Sandestin and we used it a lot. Not sure we could've asked for more at this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a lovely neighborhood

This condo was well decorated, had nice furniture, and had an ample supply of cookware, seasonings, etc. The golf cart was excellent and a must for navigating SanDestin. We have stayed in Laurel Grove many years now and believe it is the best neighborhood in SanDestin, with plenty of shade, a good pool, workout room, access to the small ponds, etc. Once again, we were not disappointed.

This home is in a great location. Sandestin offers a laid-back vibe, and access to restaurants and the beach via golf cart is very convenient. The home itself is beautiful, well decorated, and comfortably furnished. Each room has dressers, the beds are comfortable, and the wraparound porch is great for relaxing. For a family of 5, the space worked well.Cons: Basic amenities are not provided and this is not disclosed in the listing. No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Supplies were extremely limited—1 dishwasher pouch, a small dish soap, fewer than 4 rolls of toilet paper, 3 trash bags, and 1 paper towel roll for a week stay. No beach/pool towels, and bath towels are few and low quality.Fitting 8 would be tight. Hot water runs out quickly, and the upstairs gets very warm (fans help but it’s still noticeable). Temperature appears preset and requires monitoring. Parking is limited—tight for two vehicles and unclear for more.Kitchen supplies are minimal (no oil, foil, limited prep bowls). No welcome binder, just basic info. “Free perks” app is misleading—more of a discount app.With proper stocking of basic amenities, this could easily be a 4/5 stars. The area is great, but management needs improvement.

In our arrival instructions and information, it says we provide the amenities to get you started on your vacation. That includes soap in the bathroom and kitchen, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We do advertise parking for 2 vehicles. That is what the hoa allows to be parked at each property. The FREE Activities have a value of over $700 per day. We communicated with you during your stay via text in a timely, efficient manor. We wish you would have asked about any of these issues and we would have helped to resolve them. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best!

We absolutely love staying here. It was our 2nd time. The house is really beautiful, clean; and beds are comfy and ammendaties are great! Love the livingroom seating for watching movies on a rainy day. Golf cart got us everywhere we needed to go. There is a 2nd golf cart avail for an extra fee. The pool and hot tub are great and the wharf is fun for a night out. Make sure you try the tacos at the cantina!Bring extra papertowels and laundry detergent if you have a house full of people. The only thing we found lacking is beach supplies. We had to buy beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. Will stay again! Lovely home
