Welcome to "West Beach Hangout" a Luxury New 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house (Sleeps 11) combines comfort and luxury in a prime location. Walk to local restaurants, shopping and local businesses.

- Private Gunite Pool with Sun Ledge (great for the little ones); Gas Pool Heater - If Guest would like the pool heated or chilled, an additional cost per day will apply and a 48 hour notice prior to Guest's arrival. - No Pet Policy.

- Rental Agreement: An email will be sent to Guest will receive a rental agreement with House and Pool Rules. We ask Guest to return signed rental agreement within 48 hours to complete reservation.

West Beach Hangout is the ultimate retreat for relaxation. This spacious single-level home is elevated on pilings—perfect for privacy while being ideally located to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Two sets of stairs (covered / uncovered) allow entrance / exit to the house.

At West Beach Hangout Beach House, we welcome guests of all ages to enjoy our beautiful space. However, to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we require that the person making the reservation be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Please note: If this policy is not followed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately, without a refund.
