Built in 2007 with a focus on comfort, luxury and sweeping views of the Big Lake! Tile heated floors, cherry wood furnishings, cabinets, cupboards and built ins, granite counters, large stone fireplace, king size memory foam bed, dedicated parking spot and sauna. Fully furnished kitchen , reverse osmosis filtration system pure water for drink/cooking. High speed internet for searching for great places to hike or eat, and also for streaming tv shows/movies. Bluetooth capable music system for streaming music on your favorite apps. Sliding glass door opens out to Lake superior and private patio area.

5 miles to Grand Marais and convenient location for everything the area has to offer, state parks, trails, resorts, restaurants etc.

Updated clean and a wonderful location. The sauna was wonderful after two days of hiking. Very comfortable bed and wonderful views of Lake Superior! Access was easy and check in instructions and entry were spot on! Highly recommended.

While the property wasn’t clean upon our arrival, the owner was able to correct the situation promptly and compensated us for their mistake. Overall the property and location was perfect. This was our second visit.

Excellent property. Clean, well appointed, and close to Grand Marais. We had beautiful views of Lake Superior and even had a bobcat walk by the patio door in the snow! The bed was so comfortable!

The view was breathtaking. Very comfortable bed, too. Also the fireplace, sauna and heated floors were toasty. We spotted a baby black bear in a Northern Mountain Ash tree nearby snacking on the berries—what a treat! Everything was fantastic! It was a fabulous romantic getaway! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice accommodations. Bed was comfortable and each room was very clean. We would return without hesitation. Owner was very helpful with any questions that arose before and during our stay.
