Great location, only about a 2-minute drive from Grand Marais! The property was easily accessible, the views were amazing, and the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We had a great stay and will definitely be booking again on our next visit!

Great spot to explore all the State Parks!Enjoyed peaceful time on the deck listening to the waves of Lake Superior and spotting many birds too .Enjoyed the nice jacuzzi tub for 2 after each day of hiking!Everything we needed!

My stay at The Bear's Den was lovely! Very easy to find, check in was super simple and communication with host was great. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

We were surprised to receive your list of Cons: The listing shows a microwave and apartment refrigerator, it does not say there is a kitchen; Dish soap and other supplies are always located in the bathroom cabinet near the sink; 2 types of pillows are supplied but most travelers with specific needs generally carry their own pillow. We are addressing the 'deep clean' comment with our cleaners.

We thought the room was not cleaned very well. At the head of the bed there was so much lint and dust my allergies were raging. Dead flies in the window, the bath tub had thick ring of dirt after draining. We thought there would be a grill on the deck near our place so cooking would be easy and was out front of the home

We would like to address your concerns. As it states in the room instructions, please contact manager if there are any issues right away. We always want to address any problems that can be corrected immediately to improve your stay. The tub has residue after running the jets if products are used in it. The grill is available on the concrete pad for fire safety reasons rather than on the wooden deck and near the wood sided house. It must be put inside at night to discourage attention from bears and raccoons. We actually discussed this out front. The cleaners have been informed of shortcomings and have corrected procedures.

We really loved our stay - it was the perfect spot as was so close to Grand Marais but private and secluded. The king size bed and the whirlpool tub were added bonuses and both were perfect after a full day of hiking and biking. Tina was awesome to work with and we definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Perfect stay in Minnesota

Perfect little condo away from the city, enjoy the sound of waves while your relax while in vacation. I would highly recommend and stay again if we are ever up that way again!

Cute and cozy!

Spent our 40th Anniversary there and it was great. Close to shops and restaurants. It also had a nice view from deck.
