Master bedroom and adjoining bath plus a half bath downstairs. Large kitchen with island for entertaining. Living room with flatscreen TV, DVD player and DVD's along with board games and WiFi for entertainment.

Free WIFI. Separate dinning room. Four bedrooms and one large bath upstairs. Four Queen and two full size beds total. Back upstairs bedroom has separate entrance with balcony and stairs down to private fenced backyard. BBQ grill. Pets, up to 60 lbs are welcome with separate, non refundable, deposit.

This is our second stay here. We love this house. Very comfortable and spacious! Beautiful house! My only issue was it took a long time to cool it down the first night. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Fun stay in Hannibal

Cute older house. The house was very big with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and huge.

Hannibal stay

There was plenty of room in this house for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay in Hannibal.

Sisters weekend

Comfortable for 4 sisters to relax and enjoy the charming town of Hannibal; cave tours, winery, brewery, walking along the river and vintage shops all nearby.

Check in was easy, it's a great old house all 11 of us had plenty of room. Wifi worked great. Close/walking distance to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the houses on the block need to be updated, however we felt safe. Had a great trip, host was very kind and informative.

Check-in and entrance access was easy & seamless. Kitchen was spacious and equipped well with necessary cooking ware etc. Beds were comfortable and bed linens were clean and smelled fresh. It was a spacious, nostalgic, old, and very cool house! The neighborhood and the condemned houses surrounding this rental have a lot to be desired, however. Unfortunately the overall house was NOT cleaned well prior to our stay. The living room rug was full of crumbs; ceiling fans & side tables (of every room) were quite dusty; large cobwebs were visible in our closets and on the fireplace mantle in the dining area; empty plastic water bottles were sitting in the kitchen window sill etc.The toilets of the two downstairs bathrooms were notably NOT cleaned well before our arrival, nor was the shower & the tub. In fact, we had to clean them ourselves before we felt comfortable using them. The owner (Barry) communicated promptly to our messages. He seemed kind and receptive to our concerns; however, he offered no discount for our dissatisfaction regarding the lack of cleanliness of this rental property even though we requested it which was disappointing.

Spring break getaway

We had a great stay in Hannibal. The house fit three couples and our three kids comfortably. The location was nice and house was as expected. The bathroom upstairs could use some updates with the shower but since we had a short stay it wasn’t too bad.

Great place for our group. So glad there was a bedroom downstairs as one of our party wouldn't have been able to do the stairs. Old home that was nicely updated.

We enjoyed this house. The size was great for what we were looking for and would make a great place for a large gathering. Also, the location was walking distance to the city center and the river.

I came with a group of friends for a girls weekend. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood surrounding the house was not nearly as nice as the house itself. The house was very clean but did have a musty odor.

Much needed vacation

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for the 4 kids to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. Sat outside beautiful front porch. Very comfortable. Cooked my families favorites and enjoyed the sites of Hannibal at our leisure. Great place to stay.

Carol, I thought I did. excerpt from what to bring message. The thermostats. One is located in the dining room for the downstairs and the upstairs control is in the upstairs hallway. The one in the kitchen is for the baseboard heater in the kitchen. Hopefully you shouldn't need that. There is a step down between the dining room and kitchen. Dont forget your passwords fot streaming service That's all I can think of for now. Barry

A great house for a great time!

Everyone in our group was very impressed with the house. We were all happy with the quality of the furnishings, the design and functionality of the kitchen, each of us felt like we got a good night's sleep from the beds we slept in. The showers are good and there were plenty of towels. We used the stove and the barbecue grill and both worked fine. We were very happy with the location. It was our first trip to Hannibal, we're glad we had such a nice place to stay at!

Great home!

We loved this house! It's older, but well kept up and very charming! We had a group of 12, and there was plenty of sleeping room. Its a very short walk to downtown Hannibal, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. We enjoyed the shops, museums, restaurants/bars, riverboat, and the ghost tour, and we walked everywhere! Would definitely stay here again with a large group! We didn't have any issues, so we didn't communicate with the host, Barry, during our stay, but he was a great communicator, answering any questions quickly, and letting us know all we needed to know leading up to the trip!
