Kurt's place was comfortable, welcoming and close to downtown. We enjoyed the thoughtful details including bottled water, candy, and toiletries. The toilet agitator takes a little getting use to! When visiting Hannibal, we will book again!

Very clean comfortable place to stay Was close to road but still quiet on the inside of apartment road noise did not bother us at night. We would stay there again

Host was so accommodating! Very clean. Loved being close to the river and the shops downtown. Lots of good places to walk. Very close to Sodalis Nature Preserve which was lovely.

Stylish Hideaway , Great location

Very clean and stylish accommodations. The perfect getaway for couples. The location is within walking distance to downtown area. Definitely a hidden little gem.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect little hideaway close to downtown shopping and activities. Very clean and charming space. We enjoyed our anniversary getaway, and look forward to returning.

The place was great and located close to downtown. Kurt was very responsive and helped out if anything was needed. I come back to Hannibal to visit my family and it’s nice to have a place to my own while there. I definitely would star again!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. We appreciated the full-size washer and dryer as well because it’s nice to return home without having to do laundry right away. As others have mentioned, the pump in the bathroom is quite noisy and runs anytime you use the toilet or run the water. The space in the apartment is quite adequate for two people with the closet being extra large. If we could make any suggestions it would be for the bathroom to have some shelving near the sink to keep some of your grooming items close by. Another would to have small tables at the ends of the sofa to place your phone or a beverage etc. We ended up using the bar stools and that worked just fine. The neighbor(s) upstairs could be heard walking around at night and mostly parked in the spaces closest to the door which is street parking only. The neighborhood itself has seen better days, but we weren’t bothered by anyone during our stay. The location is a quick 2/3 minutes into downtown by car which is nice. Our trip was for 5 nights and we enjoyed our time in Hannibal.

I had an excellent five-night stay here. The property was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the easy, scenic 10-minute walk to downtown made it convenient to enjoy coffee shops, shopping, and reading by the riverfront. Since I stayed several nights and did some cooking, the only thing I found myself wishing for was an extra trash bag—otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great Getaway

The property was exactly like the pictures inside and outside. Kurt was very responsive. He gave us great suggestions on places to eat, drink, and sight see.

Adorable place

Super cute place to stay and right on edge of downtown. Loved it. Had a class there for 3 days and just right for me to wind down after class and get comfy. Bed is the comfiest next to my own maybe even more comfy. Super clean. Would stay again.

Very clean & comfy place to stay

This was a great place to stay overall. Very spacious place. The neighborhood wasn't very good, and constant traffic. Not a deal breaker for us, just informing others. The biggest issue was the drain pump for all water is loud. Couldn't do anything with water without waking my wife or vise versa. The manager/ owner was very accommodating & nice.

Nice, clean, updated

The apartment was spacious with everything needed to stay comfortably. The kitchen was set up with all the appliances, cookware, and dishes needed to prepare a meal. I was impressed with how clean everything was. The water system was noisy - mostly when Flushing the toilet. I would stay here again if I came back to Hannibal.
