Enjoy our contemporary home in the Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Nestled among the majestic live oaks that define Indian Beach and a 5 minute walk to the bay, this outstanding house features an open floor plan, separate master and guest wings, 2.5 baths, laundry room, garage and a delightful and private courtyard pool and spa central to all rooms. Completed in June 2017, the high quality interior finishes include hardwood floors, handmade cement tiles, and a GE Monogram kitchen complemented by contemporary furnishings and original artwork. 4kUHD TV in living room and Guest bedroom/den.

After looking at properties in many different Sarasota neighborhoods, we purchased one of the last remaining lots in Indian Beach and built our dream house. Our home is located a mile from downtown Sarasota with its world class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, theater, and bay front parks. St. Armands Circle and Lido Key’s gulf beaches are a scenic 10 minute drive away. Walk a few short blocks from the house to a neighborhood park to view the sunset over the bay. Indian Beach combines the historic and the modern in a thriving and friendly neighborhood.

Indian Beach Home Review

We had a wonderful time at this awesome home. It is just as described. The owner was very responsive to some concerns we had re: the operation of the spa heater. We would absolutely love to rent again!

Absolutey Wonderful

The house is wonderful. It is brand new with top of the line appliances, finishes and a full inground heated pool and hot tub. The master bathroom and bed were wonderful and very comfortable. I had a washer and dryer close by to do laundry and a large oversized garage to park my SUV. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available which I used almost everyday to go to the beach. Beach towels, a large pantry and refrigerator and kitchen island made my stay that much more enjoyable. The location is 1 block from the water for wonderful walks to watch the sun sets and about 1/2 mile north of the downtown area for easy access to all events (art festivals, sat. morning farmers market, theater, restaurants, etc.). If you are in the Sarasota area and want to beautiful home to stay, then this is your best bet. Emily (the owner) was beyond nice and helpful in all ways, I can't say enough wonderful things about the house and owner. I highly suggest this house if you are staying in the area.

Work of Art

This visually striking, architecturally modern home reminded us of a Mondrian painting - linear spaces dominate, and are interspersed with geometric splashes of vibrant color. The house is comfortable and usefully laid out, with the master bedroom suite situated privately in one wing and the other bedroom spaces on the opposite side of the house. Common area (kitchen, living room and utility spaces) connect the bedroom wings. The house was spotlessly clean and all fixtures and appliances are top grade. An outdoor courtyard between the living spaces contains a sparkling pool and spa. There is both covered and full sun seating around the pool. This home is a treat for the eyes and soul, and we felt privileged to have visited. Thank you Emily!

Amazing Home

We loved the hime, spent 6 nights, we were down to visit my elderly parents and we all also need to work. The house wws perfect to have them over and also spacious for us to spread put. We also loved the hot tub portion of the pool.

Lovely house with great design and top of the line appliances. Everything you could possibly need to make your stay just like home. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Great location.

Modern, charming, and unique. Perfect getaway location for relaxing and visiting Sarasota area.

We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but this one feels like home more than any. With its smart design, quality furnishings, and idyllic vibe, you'll want to stay as long as possible. The neighborhood is eclectic and charming. You can feel a sense of community here. It's a treat to walk around the corner for sunsets on the bay. You'll meet plenty of locals. The location is super convenient. We loved being so close to the Ringling museum, Selby Gardens, and Lido Beach. The owners were prompt, warm and did a great job of making this experience foolproof. The house is stocked with everything you'll need. I can't say enough about how wonderful this has been.
