One bedroom top floor apartment in the middle of scenic Anchorage, AK! In this very central location you are just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The apartment itself has views of the Chugach Mnt Range and is close to many restaurants and stores.

This cozy apartment is newly remodeled and provides all the comforts of home while you are away from home! Sleep comfortably on a king size memory foam mattress with bamboo sheets.

Nestled in the heart of midtown Anchorage, you are close to everything! You can walk to shops and restaurants and are only a couple minutes by car to downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood itself has many quaint little houses and only a few apartment complexes. Want to day trip to Girdwood or Seward? This space is only 2 minutes from the New Seward Highway! Convenient for getting around.

The GPS takes you a very weird way, but once you're there it's easy to find your way around. I really appreciated the fact that there were ice cube trays, filled and frozen and a container to hold the ice. It was very quiet and cozy. Bed was comfy. Shampoo and Conditioner were great. Close enough to downtown, but not too close :)

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beat, clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. However, for those who chose this place because of the listed washing machine you need to know that it’s available in the building, and not the unit, needs lists of quarters (2 to wash/2 to dry) and there is no change machine.

We needed a base for Anchorage and this worked great for the two of us. Downtown was a couple miles, but we like to walk so it was great. Restaurants were within 1-2 miles. The reserved parking space was close.

Perfect for quick business trip!

Quiet, clean and comfortable! I was in Anchorage for 3 nights on a short business trip and this apartment was located within minutes of everywhere I needed to go. It was very affordable and host communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Great space to spend some time in Anchorage. We loved how quick it was to access the Creek Trail to the Coastal Trail. We did lots of walking. We walked to the REI and grocery store, about 20 minutes and then walked into downtown all 3 days, about 40 minutes by paved trail system and 25 minutes by street sidewalk. The place itself was clean, quiet and well supplied.

Great stay in Anchorage

Place was great, nice and clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Worked great for our first night in Anchorage. Be aware that, at least for us, Google Map directions don't really explain that you have to drive around a business to get to the road to access the main street

Had surgery on c-spine. Place was great and Johanna was great. Even had to extend a week. Thanks for all the accommodations

Hello! I'm Johanna and I was born and raised in Alaska. My husband Don, my daughter Aily and I love living here. We are very outdoorsy and spend our summers hiking, fishing, camping, clam digging, octopus hunting, and flying around in our Super Cub. In the winters I hibernate. ;)

I am a woman who wears many hats. First and foremost I'm a wife and mother. I am also a professional shopper for a couple of remote Alaskan lodges and I'm an entrepreneur on top of it all.

My husband Don is a commercial property manager and is one of the owners of the 11 plex where the apartment is located. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, filling our freezer for the winter with free roaming game and fish! He loves to fly, play hockey and climb mountains.

My daughter Aily is finishing 1st grade and is excited to be seven years old! She loves our outdoor life and playing soccer.
