One bedroom top floor apartment in the middle of scenic Anchorage, AK! In this very central location you are just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The apartment itself has views of the Chugach Mnt Range and is close to many restaurants and stores.

This cozy apartment is newly remodeled and provides all the comforts of home while you are away from home! Sleep comfortably on a king size memory foam mattress with bamboo sheets.

Nestled in the heart of midtown Anchorage, you are close to everything! You can walk to shops and restaurants and are only a couple minutes by car to downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood itself has many quaint little houses and only a few apartment complexes. Want to day trip to Girdwood or Seward? This space is only 2 minutes from the New Seward Highway! Convenient for getting around.

Surgery

Had surgery on c-spine. Place was great and Johanna was great. Even had to extend a week. Thanks for all the accommodations

Comfy place to stay in great location!!!

The space was absolutely what was promised. The apartment was beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. Would definitely come back again!

Great stay in Anchorage

Place was great, nice and clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Worked great for our first night in Anchorage. Be aware that, at least for us, Google Map directions don't really explain that you have to drive around a business to get to the road to access the main street

Anchorage stay

Opened containers of food left in cupboards and refrigerator. Coffee was supplied but it was an already open container, same with the cream. A single serve and individual cream would have been appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Close to downtown.

The property was clean & neat. Could use another occilating fan in the living room. The bedroom one was great. I feel better instruction from the property manager to the location would be helpful. Make sure next guest puts in 24th Ave!! My GPS auto corrected to W 24th place & it was a vacant lot- yikes!

Perfect for quick business trip!

Quiet, clean and comfortable! I was in Anchorage for 3 nights on a short business trip and this apartment was located within minutes of everywhere I needed to go. It was very affordable and host communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if it is available.

Anchorage visit

This is our third time to stay in this apartment. The location is excellent! Walkable to downtown, or an easy drive to access restaurants, Coastal Trial, biking, running, walking and shopping! We have participated the last 2 years in the Anchorage Runfest. Perfect place to stay for the Runfest. The host is awesome. Very responsive and great communication. This says it all, we checked out to go to Seward for 3 days and as we packed to return to Anchorage we both said it will be great to get back home(her apartment) Johanna makes you feel like you are at home! The apartment is very clean and has everything you need!

Anxious in Anchorage

Location was difficult to find, off the beaten track, off the bus route, no amenities nearby. Unit was OK, not exceptional. Well stocked and equipped, just missing a box of kleenex

Quiet neighborhood. Great mid-town location.

Great mid-town location from anywhere in the City. Very quiet neighborhood. Do need a vehicle, but was able to easily call a cab or Uber. A little older property, but still a comfortable place to say.

Late arrival into Anchorage.

Would definitely recommend to others

We enjoyed our stay, quiet neighborhood. We got some good rest. Parking is right in front. It was a perfect little rental, just what we needed. It was good to have a laundry room on site (although we didn’t use it). The location was perfect, midtown Anchorage. A little confusing to get there at first, but once you drive around the area, it’s quite easy to remember. Clean and tidy apartment. The bed was amazing, memory foam. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and quiet

This apartment complex doesn't look like much from the outside, but It's super comfy and cozy inside. Very well decorated with nice furnishings. Everything you need in the kitchen. And it was a super quiet neighbourhood. We had a very relaxing stay, and I would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our three day stay

We found the apartment to be very nice and comfortable, clean and convenient to both mid-town and downtown Anchorage. Manager was very accessible and accommodating. Address was a little difficult to find even though we were former Anchorage residents, but once found there was no problem. It is in an older neighborhood, but again, we found our unit quite clean and quiet at night. Lastly, the rental was a bargain compared to Anchorage hotel rate during the summer tourist season.

Great spot

I was surprised how nice this apartment was. The Ramen place around the corner is excellent. It’s a short uber to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Hello! I'm Johanna and I was born and raised in Alaska. My husband Don, my daughter Aily and I love living here. We are very outdoorsy and spend our summers hiking, fishing, camping, clam digging, octopus hunting, and flying around in our Super Cub. In the winters I hibernate. ;)

I am a woman who wears many hats. First and foremost I'm a wife and mother. I am also a professional shopper for a couple of remote Alaskan lodges and I'm an entrepreneur on top of it all.

My husband Don is a commercial property manager and is one of the owners of the 11 plex where the apartment is located. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, filling our freezer for the winter with free roaming game and fish! He loves to fly, play hockey and climb mountains.

My daughter Aily is finishing 1st grade and is excited to be seven years old! She loves our outdoor life and playing soccer.
