This apartment has been fully remodeled with a beautiful kitchen, stylish modern furnishings, and thoughtful additions (like a video projector in the large bedroom). Enjoy the experience in a safe central location near (but not too near) downtown and local favorite attractions and dining. Netflix and reliable high-speed wireless internet included. Blackout shades have been installed! (Note: The apartment has a queen and single bed. The third bed, available upon request, is a queen-sized blow-up mattress).

Great place

Ive stayed at this location twice. Its a very nice property, clean and has super comfortable beds. I will stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Anchorage.

Wonderful place that is centrally located to just about everything in Anchorage. Just one slight issue with the common hallway shared with another apartment, the outside door which needs to have a closer on it to keep the door from slamming shut.

Perfect for our stay in between cruise & national parks

The location was conveniently located 10 mins from ANC & downtown where there are lots of food options. We needed a stopover after our cruise which dropped us off at ANC then headed to Denali the following day. Space is updated and very modern and clean. Nice well-equipped kitchen which we didn’t use at all. Note one of the rooms cited a queen bed + twin bed, which was a big reason for booking but it’s actually a queen blow-up mattress which a couple might not love but was fine for my girls. Comms was easy and the host very responsive even sending in check in instructions early which I really appreciated. It’s annoying when you have to chase down the host because they don’t send until the day of check in. Also all essentials like wifi details & other information are posted on the wall because that’s all the kids care about.

Nice apartment in good location.

Apartment was well decorated in a good location, centrally located and close to lots of tourist options, hiking trails, shopping, and downtown Anchorage. The listing states that it sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, which is accurate. However, the 2nd bedroom has 1 twin bed, and then a foam mattress that sits on the floor for the 2nd person. This worked out okay for us, as we were traveling with our children. But, this would be annoying if you had a 2nd couple, or a person with medical issues (bad back). AK was atypically hot when we arrived in early June 2022, (75-80 degrees), and the apartment was really hot inside. The windows do not have screens, so when opening them to allow for air flow, bugs got it. The owners were responsive and kind, and did provide some fans for us, upon request. The one thing I would comment on is that AK has sunlight 24/7 in the summer, and this apartment had NO blackout shades on the windows! So, sleeping was very difficult, as we were sweating and it was never dark. We bought sleep masks, which offered a little help. This apartment in nested in a unit with 4 others (5 total), and 2 of those are also rentals. When speaking to those rental visitors, I learned that other apartments had window screens (which could be seen from the outside) and blackout shades in the bedrooms. The remaining 2 apartments had full time tenants, who were often noisy early in the morning. At least, in the apartment directly below this one. And, with the windows open, you can hear every single word, cough, music, and TV sounds. Overall, I rated this place 4/5 stars. They cannot control the weather, and did brings fans upon request. However, blackout shades in the bedroom are a much needed addition for summer renters!

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet

This home was just as advertised. We came in very late at night, but the house was easy to find and the dedicated parking space was nice. An easy walkway and several stairs took us to the apartment that was accessible by lockbox. The apartment was immaculate and presented just like the online pictures. We found the beds comfortable, cooking made easy by the thoughtful additions in the kitchen, and laundry area perfect. A prior post mentioned no screens on the windows, but all the windows now have screens and there was a large fan provided that was very helpful. With the windows open and the fan circulating air, the apartment was very comfortable both day and night. We would absolutely return to this rental on our next visit.

Crowded for 5

The house was very nice, convenient to Anchorage, and easy to locate and check in. The description was a little deceiving as it listed 2 beds plus a futon, but actually had 2 beds and an air mattress with little room to put it. The lack of curtains in the living room made sleeping on the air mattress quite difficult during 24hrs of daylight. Would definitely recommend, but not for more then 3 or 4 people.

The property was very good but not designed for 3 adults each needing separate beds as one had to sleep on a blow up mattress. The single bed was also very soft. Would be better advertised as 2 separate singles in 1 bedroom or a 2nd double bed for a maximum of 4 people.
