Suburban Denver metro townhome in quiet neighborhood. An excellent location; a short drive to Denver Tech Center (5 miles), downtown (18 miles), Anschutz Medical Center (and Children's Hospital: 8 miles) and Denver International Airport (20 miles).

2 miles to light rail (at "Nine Mile" station). Service to downtown, Airport, convention center or University of Colorado. The home is in Aurora (80015) on the southeast border of Denver. The location is I-225 and Parker Rd (CO Hwy 83). coffee shop, English Pub, and Cherry Creek Park in walking distance. Bus service to light rail is available; plus, reserved parking space is provided.

Approx 1500 usable sqft. 1 bedroom upstairs with full bath; living room with queen sofa bed and 1/2 bath downstairs; kitchen, dining room, outdoor patio and laundry room. The home comfortably sleeps 2-4 people. Enjoy the comforts of home for the price of a hotel room. The space is ideal for the business travelers or family.

The home is tastefully furnished with a queen bed plus a new, comfortable sleeper sofa. Upstairs features queen bed plus a TV, computer/work desk and separate reading area. The full but small kitchen (fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes), is connected to a stylish dining area (4 chairs). The living room with cable TV opens to an outdoor, fenced patio with table and 2 chairs plus a glider and BBQ grill. The home has new flooring (hardwood and carpet), skylights and newer appliances. Antiques are a special feature of this homey townhome.

All amenities/utilities included:

Smart TV (HD 47" TV)downstairs plus TV upstairs and DVD player. WiFi and cable—Xfinity

Central Air and Heat. Wood fireplace in living area. Utilities included.

Two reserved parking spaces (129 & 130) in front of home.

Full kitchen, with pots/pans/utensils/dishes. Stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plus fully stocked kitchen.

Enough linens as well as bath and kitchen supplies for one week. Extra linens in upstairs Toilet Closet. Guests encouraged to launder linens as needed.

Bottled water, coffee, tea and frozen breakfast foods plus snacks are available to help guests settle in.

CHECK-IN / ENTRY

Upon arrival, meet Host or Co-host, or choose personal entry option for after hours or late night entry. Keypad on door accessible via last 4 digits of guest's phone number. Guests are asked to notify Lori (720-270-6226) when arrival time is known.

RULES:

Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00 am
No parties, large gatherings or loud behavior.

No Pets

Deposit will be forfeited if any of these occur.

$200 refundable deposit required.

Deposit fully refundable, except in case of damage, excessive cleaning needed (normal wear and tear expected) or violation of rules (eg. smoking).

Cancellation Policy:

- 25% payment required to secure booking.

- Full refund with 30 days notice of cancellation, after which the deposit is non-refundable.

- Balance (75%) is due 10 days prior to check-in. After making this payment there is no refund.

This is a wonderful home away from home. The house was very clean and couldn't ask for better hosts, they made us feel welcome in every way! We will definitely try to book again next time we are in town!

Review is based on a 5 night stay. Property is owned and operated by people who understand what is needed and expected. It’s fully stocked and maintained like a lived in home would be. It has everything needed. Fridge was roomy and cold and had plenty of ice cubes ready to go. Kitchen had all utensils. Bathrooms fully stocked and has nice soft towels. Unit is in a complex but is very quiet. No ceiling fan over bed but fan is provided that worked nicely. Coming and going was seamless. Great value for this home. Will stay again.

Situated in a townhome community, this property has everything you need to comfortably sleep 4 adults. The unit was very clean and was fully stocked for making meals. Just bring you own food! The host left apples and muffins for us to enjoy, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

Wedding trip

I was in town for a wedding and stayed here. It was a perfect location. Quite and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable townhouse

We enjoyed the nice, quiet complex where the townhouse was located. We also felt very welcomed by the lovely fruit, eggs & other freezer items that were left for us. The townhouse was well stocked & had a very nice layout, too!

Clean, comfortable and quiet

This townhome is super clean and comfortable. Location is quiet and easy to get to. Host is extremely nice and communicates quickly. We stayed 5 nights for our vacation and after lots of sightseeing and activities, it was such a great place to come back to so we could rest up. Thank you so much!!!!

Aurora Condo

The condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed. If I were to come back to this area again, I would consider renting this property again. The only thing I would desire is a larger bed and a TV in the bedroom.

Peaceful

This property was perfect for me. It is in a great location, close to a lovely park for my daily walk, close to shopping and activities and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The town house was a perfect little haven set up with lovely furnishings, exceptionally clean, comfortable sleeping arrangements and the kitchen had everything one would need. Paula is delightful and available to answer any questions that may arrise. I will definately be staying here again!

Quick trip for a wedding

We loved this place! We will be back and we will be staying here every time we don’t have family to stay with! The location was perfect! Great neighborhood! Close to anything you may need! The place had e try amenity of home! The owner had waffles and little frozen pizzas in the freezer. Shopping bags cost money at grocery stores and she had bags that you could use when you went shopping. It literally had anything and everything you could possibly want on top of being very very clean.! Thank you to the host and cohost! Paula and Xandra!

Rocky start, but good overall

The property was nice. There was a mixup when we got there that they thought we wouldn’t be there til the next night so the place wasn’t ready. We got into town later than expected and were hungry so it wasn’t a big deal to go eat first while they prepped the place. Overall a nice place. The only other challenge was the bed had a foam mattress that was a little strange and affected our sleep a few nights.

Our ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath VRBO condo was canceled 2 weeks prior to family event

Unit is in a quiet location with 2 parking spaces outside in front of the unit. Town home was clean. Kitchen was stocked with seasonings & all those extra goodies (utensils, foil, saran wrap, etc.) Glad there was a coffee pot (but not the one in the picture). It did not have an automatic turn off, so we were very aware to check it before leaving the unit. Speaking of coffee, Starbucks is no longer within walking distance. Another coffee shop has replaced it. We would have liked more hangers for our clothes, but we were able to make do. Our personal preference is a firmer mattress. And, yes, we are spoiled at home with a larger TV. Cleaning fee is reasonable compare to other short term rentals. However, the Check-out instructions on line need to be updated. The 3 ring binder in the unit has instructions to strip the bed and start the washing machine before leaving. The trash is to be collected & taken to the community trash bin which is a short walking distance. Just be sure to leave yourself a few minutes before leaving. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Great place

The place is really nice, well kept and very clean. There is only 1 complaint: The sofa-bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. It has almost no thickness so you are sleeping on top of the wires. I got back home with a backache. Other than that, everything was great.
