This was a great condo. It had all the supplies we could have needed, the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and wagon got a lot of use! The unit was very comfortable and spacious, we couldn't have asked for more! The owners were very responsive and made us feel like valued guests. The Hali'i Kai Ocean club area is wonderful - no better place to watch the sunset and the pool was awesome. Overall, it was a great base for us to explore the island and enjoy our time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Exactly has described. Perfect location for our family. Short walk to the beach club was easy. Host have fully stocked and ready to use kitchen, even for things we didn't think about needing. Provided everything we needed for beach days. Made it easy for us to be so far from home. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There were plenty of cups and dishes, and all the appliances worked well. It was also nice that James provided beach chairs, floaties, and other beach equipment for guests. Even though we didn’t get a chance to use them, it was great knowing they were available. James was very responsive whenever we had questions. My kids especially loved having their own space and now really like the idea of staying in vacation rentals. We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, James!

Wonderful Townhome in Hale Kai close to beach and shops

Fabulous stay, the townhome was just as described. We enjoyed all the amenities and the Sunsets from the Ocean club were some of the BEST I have seen! Definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Beautiful location, great place to stay

We love the Waikoloa Beach resort and this condo is in one of the nicest spots. Hosts were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay

Nice place in a great location. Pool and other amenities were great. Decor and carpet could use some updating, but overall very comfortable. Owners were great. Would stay again!

Perfect Stay

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Cook’s Landing! The house was clean and well stocked. The beach club was so nice to walk to for the pool and restaurant. We would love to come back again in the future!

Excellent accommodations and location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is located in the beautiful Waikiola resort area and the house is well stocked with kitchen items, towels and lots of beach items. Kristi and Jim are extremely communicative and welcoming. I hope to return to the Big Island again soon and would love to stay at Cooks Landing again!!

A true vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Cook’s Landing! We’ve been to Hali’i Kai several times and Cook’s Landing provides everything you need. The condo is well furnished, the beds are comfortable and they have all the beach items you could need. We are looking to book here again next year!

Terrific stay, great location

The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We also enjoyed dining at the Ocean Club which had friendly service and reasonable prices. Hali'i Kai is a beautifully maintained property and great home base for exploring the island. Definitely recommend.

Great condo for Big Island stay

We had a great stay at Cooks Landing Condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach towels and chairs were all very much appreciated. The pool club was also great with fantastic views of the water. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Great Location

Great location on the island and in the resort. Short walk to the pool located on the ocean. Condo had everything one would need from beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, full kitchen and washer and dryer. Owners were very easy to work with. Another beautiful vacation at The Hali I Kai!!

Excellent Accommodations!

Everything was clean and ready for our use. The property supplied snorkel gear and other sporting equipment. The hosts were very responsive and helpful too.

Paradise is contagious...

Cook's Landing in Hali'i Kai is quiet, spacious, well-equipped, clean, and provides everything one could ask for, except a daily decision about exactly which beach to visit! We could not have asked for a more relaxing, luxurious vacation retreat in Hawaii.

The most magical beach vacation!

This property was WONDERFUL! The hosts are so accommodating and beyond easy to communicate with. My family loved the pool restaurant and the sunsets while watching the whales. If you have kids this rental is for you! So many beach chairs and toys for you and your family to use. When we come back to the Big Island we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.

Great Stay!

We loved the Cook Landing unit! We particularly enjoyed having garage access. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. The “Whale TV” was phenomenal at the Ocean Club! We grilled out one evening on the lanai and were happy the grill fired right up! Overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great condo - good location for all BIG island activities

Good location for all BIG island activities including hiking, star gazing, helicopter rides to mention but a few. Waikoloa resort is great and easy for relaxing or activity filled vacation. This condo has everything you can imagine you’d need. Owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive to minor hiccup experienced during our stay. Highly recommended.
