Our hosts were amazing. Quick with answering all our questions and we had a lively place full of everything we could need. Would 100% stay with them again!
Enjoyed our time at the pool in the evenings after the beach during the day.

We had a wonderful time for our family of 6! Traveled with our kids ages 8, 10, 12, 15 years. The pool was a very big hit! We used the bbq grill at least 4x. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything that we needed ready to go. Large closets. Has tons TONS of swim/snorkel gear in the garage to use. In early May of 2026, when we traveled, the villas were very quiet. Easy to park. Surrounding beaches were lovely, but some private beaches still very hard to access (ex went early in the morning to Mauna Kea beach and the parking lot was already full).
There are frequently wild goats on the property!

My family of 5 (4 adults and a teenager)had a great stay at the property. It's in a great location to explore the whole of the island, in particular some of the best beaches. The property is well maintained, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay, including everything required for the beach.There is also an excellent pool and fitness room in the complex.

Wonderful!

This property was everything it said it was and more! Beautiful, quiet, great location, wonderful hosts that were very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Location

Beautiful community with great pool. House had every amenity needed and was so great to have the beach gear, coolers and extra towels available. Wilson was very prompt in response and made the stay very easy. Easy 2 min drive to A bay and shops, as well as several walking trails near Hilton.

beautiful retreat

our family had a wonderful stay here, only wish we could stay longer! the home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed to explore the Big Island.

Wonderful Stay! Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. This location was perfect for us. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. You can walk to beach, shops, coffee, and other rentals easily. The pool was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Our Kona vacation

Great Stay at Former Model - Colony Villas

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, just as it was described and stocked with all we needed! The check in process was easy. Yuen was great to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Awesome place and amenities

This was a beautiful spot in a beautiful area! We especially appreciated thoughtful amenities that were available like beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers and freezer blocks, and lots of kitchen items that were helpful! It was great to have such things available that would be difficult to bring on the flight!

wonderful family vacation

Thanks Wilson for a wonderful stay. The condo was so clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our home away from home. The beach accessories came in so handy for day trips, and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could prep meals and picnics. A wonderful stay! Thank you!

waikoloa rental

the property was wonderfully located with restaurants,beach and pools very handy. i liked the fact that even though it is a condo it has the appearance of a separate home . lanai was the best one i saw within this complex.

Grandma and seven girls celebrated Hawaii!

I was impressed with the tidy and cleaning crews working for the guests. We are going to recommend this house to others.

The condo is well-appointed and well-supplied with all beach items! The community is beautiful.

Wilson was a great owner to work with. His property is very well maintained as is the entire Colony Villas. Nothing can beat the constant beautiful weather of the Kohala Coast!

Colony Villas

This place was the nicest place that i stayed in Colony Villas. It had everything you could ask for, and very clean and spacious. In fact before we checked out we cleaned the place and vacuumed the Condo. The owner was easy to work with and made sure our stay was great. I will definetly stay at this place again, and recommend this place to others.

We have stayed in this condo group many times. This is by far our best experience. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. Highly recommend.
