Our room was very nice & clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the beach because it was smooth & easy to walk on & easy to set up the umbrella. Tom & Lorraine responded to our questions quickly. It was a really enjoyable week! Thank You

We have been coming to North Topsail for 5 years and this by far was our favorite place to stay. The location was clean and exactly as described with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and living room. St. Regis has a lot for kids to do and a great coffee shop and restaurant you can walk right to from your condo along with easy beach access. Once booking opens up for next summer we plan to try and stay here again.

Very nice place to stay! Nice view and roomy balcony! Loved the bright colors in the condo! Communication with the host was excellent with quick, complete responses.

We love this condo! The hosts are so helpful and kind. we had a wonderful trip. This building is our favorite at St. Regis. It feels quiet and comfortable and the view is unobstructed. Whenever we stay at Topsail we try to stay in this unit. We saw dolphins twice which always makes me happy!

This is our 3rd year staying here. Absolutely amazing! The owner is always quick to respond, property is clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and exactly as described. The fireplace was an added bonus and made for a very relaxing week. Our host was wonderful—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which we truly appreciated. Beach access was more difficult than expected, especially with a baby. During our stay, only one beach access point was open for the entire resort, which made it less convenient and required a longer walk over uneven terrain. There is also no clear handicap-accessible option, which could be challenging for some guests. This appears to be a property limitation, not a reflection of the host. Overall, we had a great stay thanks to the accommodations and excellent host. Will stay there again!

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved our stay here. Views of the ocean were stunning. Great communication with the owner as well. We will definitely be staying here again very soon!

First time in Topsail

Lorraine was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality and cleanliness of the condo exceeded our expectations — everything was spotless and welcoming. Topsail was everything we had hoped for, from the relaxing atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. We truly can't wait for our next trip!

Perfect getaway

My husband, our friend, and I stayed here in mid August and we loved it. The condo was clean, the view was great, and the furniture (including beds) were comfortable. Our host was a fantastic communicator as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Love this place!

I have stayed in other condos where you could hear noise from surrounding condos , but never have an issue with noise here. I love the location and all that this unit has to offer.
