It has a beautiful view of the beach & not a very far walk to get on beach. There was plenty of space & privacy inside for all three of us. The beds were comfortable, & the rooms were very clean. Communication with the host/maintenance was very easy & quick. We definitely would stay there again if in that area!

It’s was the girls first trip to the beach and their first big girl opportunity to run around on their own. The balcony over looking the pool allowed us to relax and keep an eye on the precious cargo. The condo was very well appointed. The elevator couldn’t be more convenient. The washer and dryer made our lives convenient and kept the girls ready for the next adventure. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Family vacation on topsail Island

Betsy was a wonderful host. Very proactive and thorough with all of her communication. Our condo was immaculately clean and I am hard to impress with that. The condo itself was spacious, updated, and had a wonderful view! It was easy access to the beach and the pool.

Condo was very clean and up to date with comfortable beds and furniture! Balcony view was amazing and pool was great! Great vacation, first time to North Topsail. We will stay here again next year!

Perfect View, Perfect Place

Loved our stay at Pelican's Perch. The space was imaculate and well decorated. Loved the full view of the ocean from our balcony. Nice pool and great beach. Will be back!

This is a nicely decorated condo with extra kitchen amenities, I.e. roll out shelves in lower cabinets. Additional beverage glasses would help. Great view and condo community. Keyless entry was awesome as were the access ramps. Highly recommend Rick's seafood restaurant and House of Breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location with breathtaking views

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Beachy in all the right ways! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Very clean!! We loved the proximity to the pool and the beach. The property was clean and very peaceful. We would love to visit again!!

Awesome stay all the way!

My family of four has stayed at a handful of places on the NC coast over the last few years. This one ranks near the top. Positive and proactive communication from the host. Spacious, clean indoor space and so close to the beach. Our family made some great memories boogie boarding and searching for shark teeth and sea glass! Elevator and luggage carts were also a plus for arrival/departure. Would definitely stay again!

Wow What a great place!!!

From the time we stepped foot onto the property until the time we left...we couldn't have asked for more! The Condo is beautiful and was very clean upon entering. The Location is PRIMO!!! beautiful view of the waves, and the pool is not too loud. Great sand beach access and tons of black sharks teeth to be found right down on the beach in front. We loved the quiet atmosphere and the fact that we could drive 15 minutes south to Surf City where there's more action. This condo is great and we will certainly book again if we come back to Upper Top Sail.

Nice, clean and easy to check in. Lacks some of the extras you get accustomed too, No shampoo, conditioner or soap. Internet router kept dropping.

Thank you for your review, and sorry that those extras you are use to are not part of our starter kit. They however are never promised in our listing either.

The Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Pelican's Perch is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Wilmington to let you feel you have truly had rest and relaxation. There is very little traffic. North Topsail has a beautiful beach, lovely for long walks and shelling. The pool was so restful and never crowded. We are very pleased with how quiet our condo was. And the deck was lovely for sunrises, with a cooling breeze in the late afternoons and evenings. We found every need met with the design, furnishings and supplies. While we were just there as a couple, it would be perfect for a family. It is light and roomy. There are great restaurant choices minutes away from the condo. We found some new favorites! We would definitely reserve this unit again!

The place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space to spread out and separate after a lot of time together on family vacation :) The building has an old school vibe but the condo itself was remodeled and quite nice. The beach was fantastic with warm turquoise water and plenty of surf to play in. The island has definitely shifted as the high tide almost comes up right to the building, but there was still always a place to set up shop for the day. It is worth mentioning that there are no beach lifeguards anywhere on the island. The area is very quiet, which is perfect for us. Highly recommend driving down to Lewis Fish Market and food truck. We had a great lunch and were able to get the freshest ahí tuna possible. We also hit up midgett and sons to get very reasonably priced blue crabs. We could have used a few more towels, as well as laundry and basic cleaning supplies, but there are a couple of grocery stores 20 minutes away so not a big deal.
