Looking for a modern getaway convenient to both outdoor recreation as well as the comforts of town? Urban Roundabout has a private hot tub and is a modern, northwest contemporary home within walking distance to Newport Market, local restaurants, coffee houses and bike shops. This state-of-the-art BRAND new home features radiant floor heating, on-demand hot water, a front patio with radiant heat and 2 Smart TV's with DVD players and 3D Blu Ray movies. Urban Roundabout features a gourmet kitchen, two Master Guest Rooms and two and a half baths. This light-filled house also has an attached single-car garage, two additional parking slips and a laundry room.

The main level has a hand-stained, heated concrete floor, gas fireplace and an open living floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. A custom staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two Master Bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Master #1 features a walk-in closet, double vanity and walk-in custom tiled shower. Master #2 also features a walk-in closet and a tiled shower and tub combo.

Urban Roundabout is close to trails, including the Phils Trail Complex and Shevlin Park, and provides quick access to Century Drive, which is the road to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, as well as the community cross country trails at Meissner Sno Park.

Amazing property with everything you need to live out in Bend for a week! We visit in the summer and the AC worked wonderfully. The location is superb as it’s on the quieter side of town and quite accessible to everything you need. Would gladly stay again in the future.

Great place to stay for work conference.

The property was very nice and well kept. It was easy to locate and close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. It was a little noisy being so close to the round about. Overall would stay again.

Modern house and great location

We loved the location of this house- easy walk to Chow for breakfast, Newport Market for groceries, downtown, and parks. It had everything we could want amenity wise. The road noise was a bit loud at times but not terrible. Would stay again.

Great location!!

Great location for a VRBO. Walking distance to town and close eateries or a quick drive anywhere. We were there for our grandsons BD and they live with in walking distance too!! The house was stocked with everything we needed and the TV was easy to use. It’s located on a very busy roundabout so it can be a little noisy at times. We will definitely stay here again!!

Urban Roundabout Experience

Beautiful home with all of the amenities listed. Plenty of space for the four of us. It was a little challenge to get to the home with all of the construction. However, it was well worth the adventure.

Good location

The roundabout house is in a good location, not far from downtown, highways to Ski area and sisters and shopping and coffee and restaurants . The house was clean and well stocked especially the kitchen. The bed in the master was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a garage to safely store our gear and we enjoyed the hot tub and grill and washer and dryer. Would probably give it a 5 but the noise and traffic on the roundabout was at times too much and made enjoying the lovely front patio and windows open a challenge.

Great house - everything we needed!

I booked this property for my holiday stay with my boyfriend, sister, and her boyfriend. It was a great house—perfect size for the four of us with plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area. The hot tub was great, too. We didn't cook much since we wanted to try local hot spots, but the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up eggs in the morning. The house was clean, too. I thought it might be loud with the roundabout location, but we didn't find it noisy - maybe that's the city folk in us. I loved that we were just a few blocks walking to and from dinner & bar spots. I would highly recommend this property!

Modern and nice home

This home was very nice and also convenient to restaurants and shops in Bend. The heated concrete floors were welcoming on a cold weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub as well after a day on the mountain. Since the home is right on a roundabout, there is plenty of road noise. Not too awful during the winter when the windows were closed. Might be different in the summer, though. This home worked out well for our family of 4 for a long weekend.

Great Location

Very clean and comfortable. One bed firm, which was great. Other bed soft. Easy instructions. Wi fi down first 2 days, and last 2, but reimbursed us a little, manager responsive. Apple TV not my favorite-!! Could have used a few more towels and washcloths. Close to everything!

Nice location, aesthetics & amenities

Great location, kitchen was well organized and the heated floors provided a nice feeling after waking up and walking around the house. The garage and outdoor spaces were clean and well laid out. The bedrooms each had their bathrooms and plenty of light and closet space. Really comfortable couch and a relaxing living room space to enjoy conversations with friends. We loved the modern design and sitting outside watching all of the traffic go through turnabout nearby. Hot tub was a really nice bonus at the end of the day after mountain biking!

Great house but poor management

The house itself is awesome! Exactly as listed and very well done. However, there was an issue with the lock (battery was failing) and we were periodically locked out throughout our stay. The management company offered to get it fixed but then it started working again so we didn’t have them come over. We understand things happen but then it stopped working again at 10 pm. We called the property manager once again which was third party. Their response was that they didn’t think they could find someone and we had to wait until next morning. So there we were… We almost had to go get a hotel but then my son saw a window that was left open - he had to crawl through the window to let us in.. It was a bit of a hassle - the waiting around in the cold late at night kinda tarnished our trip. I would not book at this place again because the management company is so outsourced …if there is an issue you might be stranded or on your own. It’s too bad the owners aren’t more involved.

Great Bend City Getaway

The busy location on the roundabout is a feature not a bug! Fun location with quick access to everything … well maintained home with easy to use amenities! I’d recommend highly! Clean and comfortable in every way. Beds are heavenly. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was great to have as an option…kitchen fully stocked with everything but the food.

Concert Getaway

We came to Bend for a concert at the Hayden Amphitheater. The house was perfect! Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Love this house

Sweet location. My daughter and enjoyed walking to the market nearby and cafe. The hot tub is hot! Two master bedrooms is awesome! Lovely kitchen with everything!

Great spot

We enjoyed this rental. It was well equipped and the perfect amount of space for us. The hot tub was wonderful after a day on the mountain and so were the heated floors. The location is nice and central so it’s close to many things. The only downside was that the house sits right off a main intersection so there is a lot of street noise.
