Looking for a modern getaway convenient to both outdoor recreation as well as the comforts of town? Urban Roundabout has a private hot tub and is a modern, northwest contemporary home within walking distance to Newport Market, local restaurants, coffee houses and bike shops. This state-of-the-art BRAND new home features radiant floor heating, on-demand hot water, a front patio with radiant heat and 2 Smart TV's with DVD players and 3D Blu Ray movies. Urban Roundabout features a gourmet kitchen, two Master Guest Rooms and two and a half baths. This light-filled house also has an attached single-car garage, two additional parking slips and a laundry room.

The main level has a hand-stained, heated concrete floor, gas fireplace and an open living floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. A custom staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two Master Bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Master #1 features a walk-in closet, double vanity and walk-in custom tiled shower. Master #2 also features a walk-in closet and a tiled shower and tub combo.

Urban Roundabout is close to trails, including the Phils Trail Complex and Shevlin Park, and provides quick access to Century Drive, which is the road to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, as well as the community cross country trails at Meissner Sno Park.

Great Bend City Getaway

The busy location on the roundabout is a feature not a bug! Fun location with quick access to everything … well maintained home with easy to use amenities! I’d recommend highly! Clean and comfortable in every way. Beds are heavenly. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was great to have as an option…kitchen fully stocked with everything but the food.

Great place to stay for work conference.

The property was very nice and well kept. It was easy to locate and close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. It was a little noisy being so close to the round about. Overall would stay again.

Concert Getaway

We came to Bend for a concert at the Hayden Amphitheater. The house was perfect! Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Modern house and great location

We loved the location of this house- easy walk to Chow for breakfast, Newport Market for groceries, downtown, and parks. It had everything we could want amenity wise. The road noise was a bit loud at times but not terrible. Would stay again.

Great house - everything we needed!

I booked this property for my holiday stay with my boyfriend, sister, and her boyfriend. It was a great house—perfect size for the four of us with plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area. The hot tub was great, too. We didn't cook much since we wanted to try local hot spots, but the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up eggs in the morning. The house was clean, too. I thought it might be loud with the roundabout location, but we didn't find it noisy - maybe that's the city folk in us. I loved that we were just a few blocks walking to and from dinner & bar spots. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Location

Very clean and comfortable. One bed firm, which was great. Other bed soft. Easy instructions. Wi fi down first 2 days, and last 2, but reimbursed us a little, manager responsive. Apple TV not my favorite-!! Could have used a few more towels and washcloths. Close to everything!

Good location

The roundabout house is in a good location, not far from downtown, highways to Ski area and sisters and shopping and coffee and restaurants . The house was clean and well stocked especially the kitchen. The bed in the master was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a garage to safely store our gear and we enjoyed the hot tub and grill and washer and dryer. Would probably give it a 5 but the noise and traffic on the roundabout was at times too much and made enjoying the lovely front patio and windows open a challenge.

Great location!!

Great location for a VRBO. Walking distance to town and close eateries or a quick drive anywhere. We were there for our grandsons BD and they live with in walking distance too!! The house was stocked with everything we needed and the TV was easy to use. It’s located on a very busy roundabout so it can be a little noisy at times. We will definitely stay here again!!

Love this house

Sweet location. My daughter and enjoyed walking to the market nearby and cafe. The hot tub is hot! Two master bedrooms is awesome! Lovely kitchen with everything!

Urban Roundabout Experience

Beautiful home with all of the amenities listed. Plenty of space for the four of us. It was a little challenge to get to the home with all of the construction. However, it was well worth the adventure.

Great spot

We enjoyed this rental. It was well equipped and the perfect amount of space for us. The hot tub was wonderful after a day on the mountain and so were the heated floors. The location is nice and central so it’s close to many things. The only downside was that the house sits right off a main intersection so there is a lot of street noise.

Great house but poor management

The house itself is awesome! Exactly as listed and very well done. However, there was an issue with the lock (battery was failing) and we were periodically locked out throughout our stay. The management company offered to get it fixed but then it started working again so we didn’t have them come over. We understand things happen but then it stopped working again at 10 pm. We called the property manager once again which was third party. Their response was that they didn’t think they could find someone and we had to wait until next morning. So there we were… We almost had to go get a hotel but then my son saw a window that was left open - he had to crawl through the window to let us in.. It was a bit of a hassle - the waiting around in the cold late at night kinda tarnished our trip. I would not book at this place again because the management company is so outsourced …if there is an issue you might be stranded or on your own. It’s too bad the owners aren’t more involved.

Great location, well stocked home

This home is in a perfect location for exploring Bend. With two full bathrooms upstairs, it is well laid out for two couples. Overall, it was a great spot but there are some things that could make it better. Pros -Location is awesome -Very well stocked with everything from spices to beach chairs to blankets -Super nice hot tub -Really enjoyed having a grill available and they even had a back up propane tank in the garage -Being able to park in the garage is definite plus Cons -Only one bath towel per person. At least two should be provided. When you spend the day adventuring around Central Oregon, you can easily take a couple showers a day. It's annoying to not have a dry towel or have to continually wash the single bath towel that's available -Lack of lighting on the front patio and back area where the hot tub/grill is. You literally cannot see the grill at night. We were having to use our cell phone flashlights... This is a pain and unsafe. It would not be difficult to put in an extra light or two

Perfect house for groups

Perfect location and house for our group. It was very close to downtown and river. The house was very clean and had 2 master style suits so each couple had their own privacy and bathrooms. Hot tub was a definite bonus. 10/10 would stay here again.

Clean

It was an great stay. They are very thoughtful offering ideas of what to do and where to go in the area. They also included chairs and towels, etc if you didn't bring some on the trip. I would suggest having a full length mirror. Everyone in the house was looking for one.

Nice location, aesthetics & amenities

Great location, kitchen was well organized and the heated floors provided a nice feeling after waking up and walking around the house. The garage and outdoor spaces were clean and well laid out. The bedrooms each had their bathrooms and plenty of light and closet space. Really comfortable couch and a relaxing living room space to enjoy conversations with friends. We loved the modern design and sitting outside watching all of the traffic go through turnabout nearby. Hot tub was a really nice bonus at the end of the day after mountain biking!

Great Staycation Destination!

We're local in Bend, but wanted a place to have a fun weekend close to great restaurants and didn't want to risk a hotel environment during covid. This was a fabulous option, very clean and well maintained- the hot tub was excellent and we really enjoyed everything! Thank you so much!

Spacious and convenient house with some perks

A spacious two ensuite bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, plus garage and hot tub! And lots of nice extras like lawn chairs and beach towels for hot tub. Loved the location...just out of the more hectic neighborhoods, but an easy walk to bend brewing co and the rest of downtown or all the shops and restaurants on Galveston. Lots of coffee shops, eateries, the fabulous Newport market, and parks nearby. Easy check in and out. Had a great stay!

Perfect stay at Urban Roundabout

From the second we walked in, we were at home! Not only is the home cool, clean, and comfortable, it was so well appointed. There are so many incredible places to eat in Bend, but if there weren’t, we could have easily cooked anything we wanted at home. The location was great - you can walk to downtown, but with such great places for coffee, groceries, and all your meals nearby, you may not make it that far! While the roundabout can be a little noisy at night, the blackout shades and a little white noise cancel it right out. If you’re used to being in a populated area, you won’t even notice! And…the hot tub was so clean and perfect to relax in after hiking and exploring all day! We would stay again, definitely!!
