Courtyards Villa #4 is located in Broken Top Golf Club, a gated community located on Bend's desirable Westside. Broken Top Club is located just off of Mt. Washington Drive, near OSU-Cascades, minutes from downtown Bend, The Old Mill District, Northwest Crossing, the Westside's numerous restaurants and pubs, including 10 Barrel and Ariana, and just blocks from Century Drive, the road to Mt. Bachelor.

Our beautiful, quiet, updated 2 BR/2/5 BA 1800 sq ft two story luxury townhome is situated on the 18th fairway in the spectacular, secluded, gated community of Broken Top Club. Our townhome features a private entrance and garage, free wireless internet, three HDTVs with DVR, cable TV including The Golf Channel, and a washer/dryer.

Our spacious living room features a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a newer 55 inch 1080p HDTV with cable, and oversized, comfy furniture. We have a large private deck with hot tub, Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table accessible from the first floor master suite and the living room.

Our kitchen is fully-stocked and has a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, Keurig coffee machine and dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, etc. The kitchen features a large island with marble counters and seating for four - great for entertaining - a dinette table which seats two and a living room coffee table which can be converted to an eating table.

Our townhome features two master bedroom suites - one on each floor. The first floor suite has a queen bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding and furniture, and a private bathroom with two sinks.

The large upstairs master suite occupies an entire floor and has a king bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding, a private deck, a huge walk-in double shower with a skylight, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet.

SPACIOUS AND PRIVATE

The condo is very large with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and easy use of the hot tub. Since the property is on a golf course I went on several walks. Lots of beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The owner provides the perfect amount of information which made my stay exceptional.

Lovely, Comfortable and Clean

The perfect getaway. Very comfortable property stocked with all you need to feel as though you are at home. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable and property is well maintained.

Spacious, well stocked and maintained

First rate townhome with two spacious bedrooms and large deck. Very well maintained, clean and stocked with all necessities. Responsive and organized host. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic townhome!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Broken Top townhome. It was incredibly well thought out. All the amenities you need are provided. Cliff was an excellent host....very attentive. We enjoyed the hot tub, gas fireplace and property. Views of the golf course with deer grazing! Very peaceful. We will be back!

Great house with all you could need

Spent 3 days here and would highly recommend to everyone. Clean, comfortable & probably the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything, great communication and all the information you need to enjoy your stay. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great kitchen and lounge with very good tv channel access.

Beautiful house and location

We loved the home and the location. It was very quiet and peaceful but not far from town and the wonderful restaurants. We had a great time. The home was exactly as shown. No surprises. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, convenient

Great Bend getaway!

Very clean condo, comfortable space, awesome location in a beautiful golf course community. Super close to Sparrow bakery and NW Crossing. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful property

Wonderful place- all the amenities we needed- would stay again. We had a little snag with access through the gate (which was late evening) but the owner was incredibly responsive to the concern.

Birthday getaway!

This was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. The condo was bigger than I expected and had everything we needed. There was a slight issue when we first showed up and the property manager was quick to fix it and was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Great place to experience Mt Bachelor.

Lovely, well-provisioned 2 bedroom in a private community. Super quiet. We ate in many nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Also, very close to downtown Bend if you'd rather have someone else do the cooking. We came to ski and this townhome is on the West side of Bend about 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor. Loved the garage so we didn't have to worry about scraping snow off our rental car each day. I'd definitely stay again if we came back.

My wife and I are in our 70's and spend our time in Bend, the Gulf Coast and Wisconsin (as little time as possible in Wisconsin!). We would love to spend more time Bend but our big family, spread out around the country, takes priority. I manage our rentals and my wife takes a hands-on role in maintaining and updating our townhome.

Our family loves the outdoors and four seasons offered by Bend's high desert weather. The day I first wrote our listing, my son went skiing at Mt. Bachelor and our golf course was full of golfers! We love the area surrounding Bend because it is a geological and scenic wonderland. We love the City of Bend because of its downtown area and its many great restaurants and craft breweries.
