Old Mill Magic is the perfect place to relax; nestled between the Old Mill and downtown Bend. An upstairs balcony allows for views of the Cascades and Bend's city lights. Central A/C will keep you cool in the summer. An enclosed courtyard patio in the back yard, provides the perfect area for entertainment with a private hot tub and gas BBQ.

Easy two block walk to the Old Mill District, close to Crux, The Box Factory and a stone's throw to downtown Bend. This clean, updated, tastefully decorated town home boasts two bedrooms + loft, two and half bathrooms and includes a two car garage with alley access. With a prime location, this home has easy access to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort - it's just a short drive down the road.

Cruise to the Old Mill District Shopping Center easily from this well located and popular vacation rental located in the heart of Bend, Oregon. Open and social floor plan with plenty of light throughout with contemporary decor.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay

Wonderful place!

We could not have been happier with the property. Very clean, great hot tub, each bedroom had a private bathroom. Full kitchen, everything we could have asked for. The management kept in touch with texts...it was a pleasure!

New Year in Bend

The Old Mill Magic unit was perfect for our needs. We were close to the mountain, shopping, and our dog was ecstatic to go play in the snow! It was great to come off the mountain and relax in the hot tub. We were even able to make a full roast dinner with sides for New Year's Eve!

Clean, Easy, Comfortable

The pictures do a good job capturing the place. It's bright, comfortable and spacious. We were two adult friends traveling together so the availability of two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was fantastic. Bend was experiencing a cold snap when we were there, having a fireplace AND a clean hot tub was a beautiful luxury. Check in was a breeze, the wifi was reliable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the TVs were plentiful. What more could you ask for?! One of the best vacation rental experiences I've had in years.

In town for a show

A friend and I stayed for a couple nights to go to a show at the Amphitheater. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for a simple walk to the show. It was really great to have a grill and a hot tub! Made a couple nights away feel like a full vacation! I would be happy to not only stay there again, but would also recommend to anyone heading to Bend!

Clean, quiet, and great location

Easy to get to, easy to walk to downtown. Quiet location. Nice hot tub. Comfortable beds, CLEAN! Several nice outdoor places to sit. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I could have is the front sidewalk has a few long low stairs surrounded by large shrubs (that shield the porch light) that are a challenge to see in the dark. This is an easy thing to fix. We loved the two private bed/bathroom suites!!

Great Location!

Wonderful location with easy walking to Old Bend and the Mill District. Comfortable, clean condo with all the necessities. Having garage access was a plus as we’re traveling by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, comfortable, getaway for any season in Bend.

We very much enjoyed the outdoor spaces, quietness of the neighborhood, and walkability to many areas. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean and well thought out.

Old Mill Magic

Great location, easy walking distance to the Mill District and walking trails. The floorplan is really nice to, with two ensuite bedrooms and a powder room downstairs. Would come stay again!

Spectacular Stay5

This was a return visit to Old Mill Magic. Once again we enjoyed a most comfortable home away from home, beautifully equipped, clean and quiet. Lovely neighborhood and superb location to stores, restaurants, coffee shops spectacular riverwalks and more. Looking forward to our return to Old Mill Magic

Just right

The house was clean, tastefully decorated, adequately stocked with kitchen/laundry/bath items. We appreciated the keurig coffee machine with light roast pods. We liked the small enclosed back yard. The area was close to the cute old Mill town which was a nice surprise given we didn't know what to expect. We would recommend this place!

Had a problem with email and texting... was able to get a hold of the management and got into my home without a problem. Then had an issue with one of the remote controls and they sent someone to assist within ten minutes. Great customer service.

Quick family visit

Came on a very icy/snowy weekend. The home was warm, thanks for a dry garage and extra salt for ice plus shovel.

The place was nice but 500 feet away was a whole camp of homeless people’s tents . Not sure why the police wouldn’t do something about it with Bend being such a nice area. Be aware that the restaurants don’t allow dogs inside so be prepared to eat out in the cold if the outside seating is open. Bend is not very dog friendly.

Disappointing stay

Although the property itself was OK, the stay was ruined by on-going repairs we were not made aware were going to be happening. When we arrived the garage door was blocked by a construction trailer, and we were unable to park nor unload our vehicles in the garage which was a primary reason we booked the property. We came to Bend with very valuable equipment we did not want to be seen by neighbors or workers while we loaded and unloaded during our stay. However, this was impossible since the door to the garage was blocked multiple times by construction equipment and there were workers on the roof looking down into the property all during the day. In addition, the courtyard and hot tub were unusable due to roofing debris dropped by workers into the courtyard. Upon arrival I called the property management regarding the blocked garage. During the call I was disconnected and no follow up was made. Overall, we were very disappointed by our stay and will not recommend the property to others.

Nice Condo

Nice clean house. Worked perfectly for our family. Bend is a cool town with lots to do. It took us 9 minutes to walk to Game Stop which is next door to the theater. There were a few things in the agreement that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Such as No Smoking House also meant the entire property. It also says that it is "illegal for children under 12 to use the hot tub" so if you have small children, be aware. A little head's up that this was Roofing Week also would have been appreciated. Men walking on the roof while we tried to enjoy the hot tub on our first morning there wasn't exactly relaxing. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, TV was nice and the couches were comfortable.
