Completely renovated and upgraded condo off Village Blvd.

All furnishings including linens and towels, all new furniture and accessories.

Kitchen with granite counter tops, hardwood throughout the condo, travertine marble in kitchen and bathroom, master bedroom with king-size bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, apartment will sleep a total of 5 people, pullout chair in the living room. Central A/C, Washer/Dryer...

Master Bedroom has a 39" TV with the same features.

Property is in a well maintained small and quiet gated community.

The heated pool area is amazing. There are lounge chairs, tables and a hot tub. Property has a wonderful clean gym on site. Playground for children, volleyball and tennis courts.

Golf course across the street, Village Commons plaza with a supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants/bars 1 mile away.

Palm Beach Outlet Mall 5 min., Downtown and City Place 10 min by car, Beach and Worth Ave. 10 min.

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed the property very much.It’s 1 mile walking distance from a mall with grocery store, restaurants, etc.Pool and hot tub were heated and very clean.Short driving distance to all the activities downtown West Palm Beach.

Great place

Alex's place was perfect for what my family needed. Close to everything we wanted to do, very clean, well-stocked (kitchen, towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, etc.), and quiet. Thank you!

Clean and easy

Clean and has all the basics. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. Couldn't figure out the TV, tho. Only other minor complaint was the chemical smell in the living room. Couldn't figure out why. Left windows open when possible.

Great host. Perfect location

Alex was a very attentive host. This location was great for quick access to many of our venues. The condo had everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home. The complex had a well maintained pool and the gym served our needs. We were here for 38 days

Coming Back

Beautiful place to stay. Never had so comfortable beds during a vacation before. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was pretty near around us. Alex and Jovana thank you for renting out your lovely condo to us. Hope we can come back as soon as possible.

Overall the condo was nice. I liked that he had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The beds were comfortable. He could replace the shower head in the bathroom. Loved the pool!

Very nice location!

First off Alex and Jovana are wonderful hosts! Alex was so friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions promptly and in detail. Check in was a breeze. Everything was as pictured, a beautiful place and a gorgeous pool! Getting to the beach was super convenient only being a short drive. Also grocery shopping was really easy considering the store is litterly right down the street! Lots of good restaurants and fun things to do around the area! Will be back!

Great Place To Stay

This is our second rental from Alex, he is a great host . The location is great and the condo is very clean and has everything you need . Plenty of towels , sheets and beach chairs . We’re always sitting out on the balcony. It’s a nice gated community . During the week your practically have the pool to yourself . We go for our walk up to Publix which is a mile . There’s a variety of places to eat there . We left a lot of menus from the area. We really enjoy the palm beach area . There’s plenty of beaches around the area . We go to Singer island /Riveria Beach where there’s a few restaurants and shops . We go to Mulligan's for there happy hr. Weather was great just about 80”s every day . No complaints at all . Just as advertised!

A first gate snafu was resolved in short order, and then things were terrific. The grounds are well maintained; the pool is always clean; the unit is tidy and in good order. Our host was immediately available to respond to any quirky question. We’re planning to return!

Great stay

Alex was a great host, always available and helpful.The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were never crowded and we were often the only ones there.

Great holiday in West Palm Beach

Very cosy and well equipped apartment in a secure gated community. Perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved going to the pool & jacuzzi and playing tennis. The hosts were really flexible and accommodating, nothing seemed too much of a problem for them, which was amazing and really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot for exploring West Palm Beach

The apartment was a great base to explore from - plenty to do nearby in Palm Beach. The on-site swimming pool was also great - we found visiting early during the week meant we had the pool to ourselves. Overall very happy.

Great place to stay!

Most of the time it was me myself staying here and everything was great! I am a cook and baker; although it’s not home, Alex the owner, provided good supply of 90% of what you need to bake and make dinners for all four of us. Nice and quiet place. Beds were comfortable and all and all, I really enjoyed my stay. Alex was very responsive owner which made our stay wonderful for holidays get together. Thank you! Definitely would stay again.

Good Location

It's a good location in West Palm. Easy to get to just about anywhere. The little gym and pool are clean and nice. The condo has about everything you need to cook your meals there. Communication with Alex was great!

Great place for a holiday

The apartment is nice, clean and practical. There’s everything you may need on a long stay. There are two bedrooms that are big and spacious, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We loved the poolside and hot tub . There are beach chairs, towels, washing machine and dryer, also everything you need to cook at home. Neighbourhood is nice, shops and markets are nearby. We stayed for a month, usually cooked at home, went to the pool, beach and cityplace mostly. Internet was fast and tv was good. Alex was a good host. We advice the rental. Thanks for everything.
