The heated pool area is amazing. There are lounge chairs, tables and a hot tub. Property has a wonderful clean gym on site. Playground for children, volleyball and tennis courts.

Golf course across the street, Village Commons plaza with a supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants/bars 1 mile away.

Fun place to stay

We enjoyed the property very much.It’s 1 mile walking distance from a mall with grocery store, restaurants, etc.Pool and hot tub were heated and very clean.Short driving distance to all the activities downtown West Palm Beach.

Great holiday in West Palm Beach

Very cosy and well equipped apartment in a secure gated community. Perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved going to the pool & jacuzzi and playing tennis. The hosts were really flexible and accommodating, nothing seemed too much of a problem for them, which was amazing and really appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot for exploring West Palm Beach

The apartment was a great base to explore from - plenty to do nearby in Palm Beach. The on-site swimming pool was also great - we found visiting early during the week meant we had the pool to ourselves. Overall very happy.

Coming Back

Beautiful place to stay. Never had so comfortable beds during a vacation before. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was pretty near around us. Alex and Jovana thank you for renting out your lovely condo to us. Hope we can come back as soon as possible.

Great Place To Stay

This is our second rental from Alex, he is a great host . The location is great and the condo is very clean and has everything you need . Plenty of towels , sheets and beach chairs . We’re always sitting out on the balcony. It’s a nice gated community . During the week your practically have the pool to yourself . We go for our walk up to Publix which is a mile . There’s a variety of places to eat there . We left a lot of menus from the area. We really enjoy the palm beach area . There’s plenty of beaches around the area . We go to Singer island /Riveria Beach where there’s a few restaurants and shops . We go to Mulligan's for there happy hr. Weather was great just about 80”s every day . No complaints at all . Great host. Perfect location

Alex was a very attentive host. This location was great for quick access to many of our venues. The condo had everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home. The complex had a well maintained pool and the gym served our needs. We were here for 38 days

Great place to stay!

Most of the time it was me myself staying here and everything was great! I am a cook and baker; although it’s not home, Alex the owner, provided good supply of 90% of what you need to bake and make dinners for all four of us. Nice and quiet place. Beds were comfortable and all and all, I really enjoyed my stay. Alex was very responsive owner which made our stay wonderful for holidays get together. Thank you! Definitely would stay again.

Very nice location!

First off Alex and Jovana are wonderful hosts! Alex was so friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions promptly and in detail. Check in was a breeze. Everything was as pictured, a beautiful place and a gorgeous pool! Getting to the beach was super convenient only being a short drive. Also grocery shopping was really easy considering the store is litterly right down the street! Lots of good restaurants and fun things to do around the area! Will be back!

Good Location

It's a good location in West Palm. Easy to get to just about anywhere. The little gym and pool are clean and nice. The condo has about everything you need to cook your meals there. Communication with Alex was great!

Great place for a holiday

The apartment is nice, clean and practical. There’s everything you may need on a long stay. There are two bedrooms that are big and spacious, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We loved the poolside and hot tub . There are beach chairs, towels, washing machine and dryer, also everything you need to cook at home. Neighbourhood is nice, shops and markets are nearby. We stayed for a month, usually cooked at home, went to the pool, beach and cityplace mostly. Internet was fast and tv was good. Alex was a good host. We advice the rental. Thanks for everything.

Great Host, Great Stay!

Alex is an exceptional host and the condo was perfect. My family of four (wife, teenager, 9 month old and myself) had everything we could need. The place seems to be located in an area that makes getting to all the places you want to see easy. Glad we found it.

Spring Break Vacation

The Condo was very nice and priced right. Plenty of kitchen items for those that wish to cook some meals during your stay. The washer and dryer located in the bathroom area are very handy. Loved the fact that there were beach chairs and umbrellas for your time at the local beaches. The pool is really nice and it is just a walk across the parking lot and to the left. Water was warm and pool area very clean. This is a gated community but don't expect it to be all "snow birds" as it is what I would call a "working class gated community". Which is certainly nice when you are planning to spend a day at the pool as you will most likely have it all to yourself while the residents are at work. Publix grocery store and a few nice bar / restaurants are just down the 1.4 mile when you turn right out of the main entrance. As noted from others, this condo is on the third level and there is no elevator. An easy climb up as long as your able. Beaches are numerous and anywhere from 15 minutes to 1/2 hour away. Highly recommend going north to the Jupiter Beach locations and a visit to the town of Stuart. Final comment, the owner is very responsive and even called me to see how the place was. John J.

West palm beach

The pool was warm and clean, short drive to the beach. Plaza walking distance with lots of restaurants, Publix, massage envy and nail salon. Lots of beaches and small towns to drive to between 10 and 30 minutes. Kitchen had tons of amenities, lots of towels, sheets and beds very comfortable. A little noisy on garbage day, sometimes woke us up. Overall very nice

This place is awesome!

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a West Palm stay. Everything was very clean and ready to go. Location is great, plenty of restaurants and stores near by. 15 minutes drive and you are on the beach! Thank you Alex!
