30+ Day Stays – Required Recurring Cleaning (Scope, Cost & Exclusions)

For reservations of 30+ nights, recurring cleanings are required to maintain the home.
Frequency:
Weekly (every 7 days)

Cost:
$175 per cleaning visit, charged at cost (our cleaner’s rate; no markup).
Additional pet fees may apply per House Rules.
(Service animals are exempt from pet fees.)

I was not there for pleasure. My husband was seeking treatment at Vanderbilt Medical. The condo met my needs during this stressful time. I liked that I could walk to the hospital on warm days and had several restaurant choices within walking distance.

Perfect walkable location!

Perfect place for our mother-daughter trip to Nashville! Very easy check in, and the snacks and drinks left were a great touch! Clean, comfortable, and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Very much worth it!

Enjoyed our stay and great dining! Biscuit Love, Chauhan Ale and Masala House, Riddim and Spice, Hopdoddy. Had a great time learning about the city on the hop on/off tour too!

We stayed here for the Vanderbilt/Georgia game. We had an amazing time and this location couldn’t have been better. I would defiantly stay here again.

Great Place and Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay on Aklen Ave. This is a great location and close to downtown and many other cool attractions around Nashville. We enjoyed walking to dinner at several close by restaurants, breakfast at Pancake Pantry, and Ice Cream at Jenni’s just down the block.

Great get away

We were really impressed by our stay. It was very clean and was everything we expected and more!!! Host was very helpful and let us check in early after driving 6 hours. Will stay again next time we are in Nashville!!!

Nice place. Close to shops and food in hillsboro. Walkable to bars at broadway for adventurous walkers. (About 2miles) Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe.

Wonderful stay!

We came to town for a Vanderbilt football game and the location was perfect! The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating, the apartment was updated and clean, and the neighborhood was great for shopping and eating. Would highly recommend!

Clean, fully-equipped, newly updated

The place had all the amenities one would hope for in a VRBO and the fixtures/appliances were very new. Location was excellent…very close to Vandy. Would definitely stay here again.

Clark and I moved to Nashville from South Dakota back in 1993. We fell in love with the community. It is warm most months of the year. This is a good family friendly community with so many healthy things to do.
Hiking, athletic events, art community and so many things to enjoy.
Nashville values education and so do we.

We picked this property because of the location. You can walk to everything. Vandy, Belmont, Music Row, shopping, restaurants, live music.
18 minute cab ride from the airport and once your there you can walk to everything. If you want to go downtown Nashville it's a 10 minute Uber ride.
Good safe neighborhood. Great location to enjoy all Nashville has to offer.
