- ROOFTOP with a TV and a fire pit.
- 2 other balconies, one with a grill.
- GAME ROOM with a ping pong table, darts, NFL Blitz arcade game, ring toss and more.
- 5 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full size pullout sofa.
- 1st floor bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bath.
- 2nd floor: An open concept living area with a fully appointed kitchen. Create craft cocktails with our high end bar tools, while sampling our record collection. The dining room offers plenty of space for family/friends dinner. After a night out, unwind with a plush blanket while watching a show under the Nashville lights.
- 3rd floor: The primary sleeping space. One bedroom offers queen bunk beds, twin bunk beds, the primary bath, a large walk-in closet, and a dedicated water closet. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen beds and a private bathroom.
Guest Access:
The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy! As well as the garage game room. The backyard is shared space with plenty of room to enjoy cornhole, ladder ball, and cold drink.
Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber/Lyft if you do not have a car. Even if you do have a car, parking downtown can be difficult.
Everything is close by, as seen in the main description, but not necessary walkable.
For parking, there is one private dedicated space in front of the townhouse, some parking in the complex, and nearby street parking for overflow.

The perfect spot! The house was beautiful and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. Short uber ride to downtown.

This townhouse was perfect for us. It was a short Uber to Broadway and to Vanderbilt. It was clean and easy to find and had all the amenities we needed. We ate all of our meals out, so we didn't use the kitchen but it looked like it had plenty of items for whatever you would need. The hosts were quick to answer any questions. Would definately stay here again.

Nashville Trip
The host was responsive and was easy to communicate with. The property was great for our group and a short uber ride to down town. We would stay with this host again.

For my birthday weekend we stayed here and it was very accommodating. Awesome place, extremely clean and plenty of room with everything you would need.

Fun Townhome
As advertised - clean, functional and sizable - with easy access to the highway and close to downtown. It is definitely more suited to a guys or gals weekend away, but our young family enjoyed the property very much.

Great spot!
We did our family Christmas exchange here. Had 8 adults and two kids. Expanded living area was great for interaction! The kids enjoyed the playroom in the garage while us adults went up on the rooftop! Plenty of space; very clean; convenient location; and space for everybody! Highly recommended!

Communication with host was perfect. Location is only a few miles from Broadway and Uber/Lyft pickup/drop off is super easy (and cheap since you are so close to the city!) Easy parking space for a car although if you had a huge SUV, it might be tight. House has almost everything you need but if there are more than a few of you, I would recommend purchasing or bringing paper plates and cups, especially if you have kids. Publix is right around the corner with ample enough parking for anything you might need. Only downside to this location is it’s right off the highway next to the highway ramp and it’s LOUD especially with trucks rolling by all hours of the day and night. If you are a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. Oh and avoid if you can’t do stairs. We had no issues with the stairs. Overall a decent place to stay.

Great Girl's Weekend!
The property is beautiful and well thought out. It was a little chilly in the lowest level but the provided heater solved the problem. The upstairs bunk bed room's door didn't work properly. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and well suited for our group of 8. We did run out of hot water -- beware! HA! Our youngest guest had a LONG shower! Nick was great and we wished for nothing but more time in Nashville.

We had an amazing stay here. Owner is fantastic with communication! It’s a very nice townhome, close to everything. Parking is very limited on site, but plenty of street parking for extra cars. We had no problems at all. The only negative we had was that the bedrooms on the 3rd floor got pretty hot, even with fans on. But, that didn’t stop us from having the best weekend ever!!!!! Thanks for a great townhome!
