No issues with property or conditions. A/C was appreciated with the very hot weather. Trash was taken to outside dumpster and area was very convenient. Thanks

Molly, the owner and host, was a wonderful host. She helped us navigate an extended stay. We enjoyed the property as well. It was very well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again if the opportunity arrives again.

What a great find!! The Cash was a perfect spot for our family of 3 to spend a few days exploring Nashville. As two Vanderbilt alums, we loved being able to walk to visit campus and Hillsboro Village, and convenient parking made it easy to drive out to explore other neighborhoods. (We're not big into the lower Broadway scene, so the relative quiet of Hillsboro Village also a plus!) For a 4 day stay, we loved having a little space to relax and lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen to eat breakfast and reheat leftovers (too many amazing restaurants in Nashville to cook this time!). Beds were AMAZING (thank you!!!) and two separate bedrooms for us and our daughter made it feel like home. Will definitely have this on our radar for our next VU visit!

Had a nice stay. The location was great. One block to restaurants and shops. The place was just as noted on site. Beds were mostly comfortable. Wish there were hangers in the closets, tissues and more towels. Do recommend. Thank you

The condo worked well for our appointments at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The location is great and check-in was easy.

Great place for a long weekend with friends.

Location is an easy ride share to many great venues. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location & Property!

We absolutely loved this property, and the location was perfect for its proximity to Belmont University. Great little neighborhood, very safe. Comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely use this location again!!

Great location, great host

Very ideal location in Nashville. We had a bit of a problem upon our arrival, but Molly was incredibly responsive and got us fixed up right away.

Weekend Getaway

Everything was perfect. We were a short walk from several shops, restaurants, etc. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Nashville!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for college tours with our daughters and loved this location. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were also easily able to walk to both Belmont and Vanderbilt. The property was cozy, but was plenty of space for four people.

Cute & clean apartment for Nashville fun

We loved this apartment for our weekend in Nashville! It is in a trendy neighborhood with nightlife and restaurants, but quiet enough to get some sleep if you choose. This would be a great place to stay for an extended period. Highly recommend!

Great Neighborhood

We stayed with another couple, the set up was really good for 2 couples. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The neighborhood had good restaurants and a sports bar just around the corner. We enjoyed it, it was a short uber to Broadway.

Perfect get away

Perfect location for a wedding weekend! Upon arrival, we found the condo to be extremely clean and looking exactly like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are very soft. You might bring your own if you’re picky about pillows. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops that Hillsboro has to offer! Overall, we had a great experience!

Fantastic stay

The location of this home is too notch. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Vanderbilt hospital. Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was able to be contacted within minutes. One thing to know is that it is up two flights of stairs, and another two inside to get to bedrooms. Fine for us, but good to know if traveling with someone with health concern.

Very Comfortable Hillsboro/Belmont Location

We were in town for a college visit to Belmont University and this was the perfect spot for us to get a feel of the area, (and were able to walk to campus). The main street of Hillsboro was right around the corner with great restaurants and shopping. The house was very comfortable and met our needs well for two adults and a prospective college student. Downtown Nashville and Broadway attractions were a short and easy drive away. We will stay here again!!

Nashville week with friends!

June 2014 Loved the property. Perfect set up for two couples or a family of 4. Nice area, felt safe. Close to a little main strip with cute little shops, and ice cream parlor. Walkable to some of the areas beautiful sites such as Belmont Manor and university grounds. Easy to Uber downtown to all the hotspots and bars. Would recommend.
