Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

This location was excellent, we had a great time and the condo was well maintained. I loved the simple check in/out process. And the underground parking pass was amazing. Only minor downside is being on the second floor you’re close to the pool so if you go to bed early it could be noisy, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a little girls trip! Beach was beautiful and very accessible we loved the balcony. We definitely will try to book this one again!

Perfect place!

We stayed here for my 60th birthday! 4 generations myself, my mom, my daughter and my grand daughter! Everything was just great!! Location and view were superb!

Beach Trip Summer 2025

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The property was the most well-maintained, cleanest place I have ever stayed. We had beautiful ocean views and the beach was lovely. There is so much to do, and everything was conveniently located within a 15 minute drive.

Fantastic experience

Came for just a long weekend, this was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in/check out for simple. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo & Beach Stay

This place was absolutely immaculate!!! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was great for unloading and taking the stairs was also an option for avoiding the wait for the elevator. The place was had great amenities and we loved staying here. Will come back again, highly recommend.

Spring Break multigenerational

Trip with grandparents, daughter, and grandsons for spring break! Enjoyed exploring Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and seeing family that live in area. Condo was great and amenities were awesome! Beach was beautiful. Good location.

Overall everything was great. The location was perfect, the unit was clean and well stocked with thing you need. The only issue is the bed in the master bedroom. It is in desperate need of being replaced.

Wonderful peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful. We stayed on the second floor and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. It also felt very private—we rarely heard any noise from neighbors above or below. The pools are beautiful and the beach was so clean and beautiful.

Quiet! clean! neat!

Everything was clean and well organized. Kitchen had ample pots dishes and utensils there were plenty linens the beach was beautiful and clean. We were very much at ease and would definitely stay there again

The condo was well kept, clean, and user friendly. The view from the balcony of the pool and beach was perfect. Being on the second floor provided easy access and little to no wait for the elevator. We also enjoyed the blue walkway onto the beach. This covered the sand, making it easier to access the beach while hauling our wagon and children. The pools were clean and big enough to not feel crowded even when busy. We will be returning!

Beach AND indoor and outdoor pools

Great 2 bed/2 bath with convenient covered parking. Right on the beach-no need to cross the street. Large indoor and outdoor pools. Comfortable beds. Loved 2 sliding doors to balcony. TV in each bedroom (husband and son need this) and living room.

Exactly what I needed

The condo was beautiful and well presented. The property amenities were great for the kids. I wish the beach chairs and umbrella service came with the condo. Also the kitchen needs a can opener otherwise all needs were met.

Great experience

We have never stayed at a Phoenix property before, and we were impressed with our experience. The unit was exactly as described - very nice. We enjoyed the games, and my girls learned to play UNO. We had to have a nightly game. It’s also a very convenient location. We are used to staying in places with fewer units, so the beach area was somewhat crowded. However, that’s to be expected this time of year. We plan to book here again!

Unit 204

During our firat day, two maintenance workers attempted to access the property. The first was to change the air filter which we allowed. The air filter dis not appear to need to be changed. The second worker requested access to check on a water leak. There was no leak, so we denied access. This was a privacy issue for my family. My recommendation is that maintenance be completed between stays.
