**Phoenix V is scheduled to undergo a Balcony Door/Window Replacement and Exterior Renovation Project from September 8, 2026, through May 14, 2027, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed during the winter months. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 10/9/26 through 11/13/26, weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening.**

The location was good. Not as busy. The communication with the host was good. The elevators were sketchy. Also they were doing construction which was stated on the description but it was right beside our condo all week so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony at all. Also the shower and ceilings both had mold.

Great place to stay! I will say it was outdated some and needed updates especially in the bedrooms and main entrance doorway.

Condo was exactly as pictured and described! It was a great stay! It wasn't as clean as it looks in the pictures but was totally doable and comfortable.

All was as described except the outdoor pool was completely unavailable. This was only disclosed after the reservation had been booked and nonrefundable. Honesty and transparency upfront goes a long way.

The building was run down. The upstairs neighbor liked to move furniture between midnight and 1am.

Great location for a getaway

Great Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kids room was perfect and comfortable. The master bed room bed was not very comfy and the shower was a bit small for a grown man but other than that it was great. View was beautiful!!

All was well except for the very cheap and rough-feeing face cloths and towels. This unit is too nice to have such quality.

We had a great time.
We had a great stay and it was very clean and beautiful area. The only complaint I have was the splash pad was suppose to be turf grass and it was straight concrete which was very slick.
