In the photography of the property, they failed to post a picture of two large white tents just outside the window that were for the mountain skiing Operations The view was a zero. If there was a rating on the shower, it would get a 0 for lack of water pressure.

We really lived our stay. The apartment is very well maintained. The bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is perfect. Steps to the slopes! We would love to come again! PS a bottle of wine was very nice touch!

Ski stay for week

Very nice room for a couple with good kitchen for 2, quiet room, nice hot tubs, walk to slopes.

Good place

Excellent location. Pool, hot tub, wifi, laundry and kitchen all nice to have. A few minor issues ie dust on top of fridge and sofa bed broken were resolved by property management within 24 hrs. Will stay here again!

Weekend Stay

Nice place to stay for the Bluesapalooza. Took shuttle there and walked back. Had a Portable AC in bedroom and very roomy.

Great unit. One suggestion - the dishware needs some updating. There were two bowls total and very few plates.

Great location

Property was clean, Alex was responsive. Some furniture is a bit dated, but what you see on the pictures is what you get. Kitchen was well equipped for your basics, we has clean towels, and 2 sets of bedding sheets. There are extra pillows, and blankets. Location and convenience to the slopes is amazing, pool was about 90+ degrees in April. This property does not have restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Several issues were brought to the attention of the hosting agency; Mammoth Vacation Rentals & VRBO previously. However, we felt this was important enough to repeat the comments once again. One of the bigger issues was related to a broken, screened vent-door (alongside the balcony door) that allows fresh air to come in while keeping the balcony door closed. Although the AC was appreciated and enjoyed, it would have been our thought/intention to shut it down during the evening as it cools down and, open the side vented screen door for cool outside air into the room. Since the A/C unit vents through the only other available screened window, there is no other way to provide fresh air into this unit. The side vent-door is broken and cannot be opened. Evidently the hinge is broken, or the door is broken to a point where the handle was removed completely.Also, it appears there is a missing bulb or two above the bathroom sink as it was not very bright in the bathroom without turning on the heat lamp near the tub-shower.There are only 3 teaspoons, too many large soup spoons and 3regular size drinking glasses. Three of the 4 dining room chairs are threadbare and have very minimal foam padding.Although these issues may sound petty, for the amount currently being charged for this unit, none of these issues should exist.I've taken a few pictures and have attached them for your reference.Sorely disappointed !!!

OK

Good location by slopes. Unit showing it's age with some wear and tear. BEWARE: there is no in unit WiFi. You have to use the hotel's public wifi, which is totally unreliable. Bedroom TV is for decorative purposes only, unless you want to watch DVD's.

The condo just received brand new carpet throughout on January 19th 2022. The bedroom TV has a Roku, cable and a DVD player. The hotels wifi is capable of streaming services and working remote!

Everything about this was perfect! The condo was as described, clean. Coffee and wine upon arrival was so kind! Location can’t be better. We will be here next season for sure 😊

Great location, average but 'ok' apartment.

The place is 'ok'. The location is amazing, the apartment needs some work. Says there is a washing machine and dryer in description but its actually a shared laundry on same floor of the hotel. You need to pay for the privilege and they aren't great. I emailed the property manager and made this point, but they completely ignored me. If i was to stay there again, i'd stay via the hotel (resort) rather than an owned apartment. My friend stayed in exactly the same style apartment and it was $1000 cheaper and they made up your room everyday. I was in this place for 2 weeks and because its privately owned there is no cleaning or freshening. The TV's are old so they have 3-4 remotes which is pointlessly confusing. Fridge is so old you need to close the bedroom door when the compressor kicks in.. Super loud and the freezer doesn't work properly. These things could be easily fixed for a few hundred bucks.

Spacious 1 bedroom, dining area, living room and kitchen. The balcony is spacious to and you have views of the lift. Bathroom is a decent size but the counter was a bit tight for my vanities. Hand and body soap provided as well as a blow drying and curling iron. The best part of this ski in/out property as that you are literally at the foot of the lift. You cannot get closer to a lift than this anywhere.

A very nice property!

This is an excellent little unit in a great facility. Juniper Springs is obviously ideal in the winter... it is not close to much that is going on in the summer. Nevertheless, it was quiet, relaxing and exactly what we needed. A very comfortable bed, the kitchen had everything we really needed, and there was an AC unit in the bedroom, which was very much appreciated since the unit, because of how it is situated, does not get much airflow. That was a great touch for a guy who comes up to Mammoth to escape the heat! Thank you!

Comfortable and so close to the slopes

Staying here was very easy and convenient. We loved being so close to Eagle Lodge and the slopes. Even though we didn’t use the equipment locker, we thought that accessibility was a huge plus. We had everything we needed in the condo....we brought our own towels in case we were going to the hot tub. All was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location to the Eagle lift. Gear Locker a plus. Parking Garage a plus. Top floor (elevator access) a plus. Didn't venture into the pool/fire pit area (CoVid) but saw lots of guests heading that way. Bed comfortable, good linens, Smart TV (NetFlix) a BIG plus. Functional kitchen and bathroom (not top end, but I have seen worse). My only knock is on the cleaning, we had to run the dishwasher: sticky plates (yuck!). Hopefully a one-off issue.
