We enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Pinecone condo. It was ground level & very easy for my husband who uses a walker. The parking lot is paved & the walkway flat bricked, also easy for him.The condo kitchen is nicely updated, very nice appliances & counter tops! Also the kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes, adequate cooking pans & a great Ninja coffee maker.We really enjoyed the leather loveseat with all the power buttons to watch TV in the eves. We liked how this area was central to all our sightseeing. Mammoth Lakes is a lovely tourist destination. This is a great condo for a couple or family with 2 small children.Our one concern is the tub/shower was not safe for us (seniors) with no grab bars or tub matt to keep us from slipping.Until our next visit!

This condo is all new, paint, countertop, all the appliances were brand new a great place for two to four people. The beds were very comfortable. My wife and I have run vacation rentals for the last 10 years and know what goes into a nice rental. The kitchen had everything you could need. I hope the owner continues to keep it as well-stocked and well-maintained as it was during our stay.I found the porperty manager that we spoke to not very polite. But they were timely in calling back to answer our questions.This place is a very nice, conveniently located condo, much better than most of the places down in the meadow off Old Mammoth and Meridian Blvd.

House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Loved the location, very close to everything and very convenient to the trolley stop. We also loved the clubhouse.
