Escape to the beach at this comfortable Whispering Sands condo, conveniently located just across the street from the ocean in Garden City Beach. This first-floor unit offers easy access, covered parking beneath the building, and everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Summer reservations are typically Saturday-to-Saturday, but we’re happy to consider shorter stays or flexible arrival dates when availability allows. Feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans across any of our available units.

Linen service is available as an optional add-on for guests who prefer not to bring their own.

The property was old but clean. The bedroom and bathroom looked updated and was nice. THe living room/kitchen was dark, not enough lighting. The sofa and chair needs to be replaced and a small dining table would have been nice. It is in a great location across from the beach.Good value for the money.

I thought this was another property we had rented through same host a few years back but it was not. It was clean and bathroom and bedroom were updated. A nice place and very convenient to beach! Couch needs replacing. Difficult to crawl out of being age 60. Tiffani is great and kept us informed. Easy check in and check out process.

Family Memories

We wanted to rent this property because of so many wonderful memories. It was so familiar but of course updated. It was clean, convenient to laundry room & pool was Great!!! The weather was beautiful everyday. Thank you for a fantastic week!!!

Mini vacay!

It was good! Clean! It was just a little smaller then I thought! The beach access across the street was closed due to it being paved! But it was just what we needed for the days that we were there! Pool was perfect!!! Don’t forget your towels or sheets like me or you’ll have to go to walmart.

Very nice

The rental was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. The beach access is only one property away so it is a very short walk to the beach. If a view from the balcony is important to you be aware that the balcony faces another building so there is no view. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the balcony and ate all our meals out there. The pool was well maintained and furnished with plenty of lounge chairs and some morning shade for those who want to lounge without burning.

Whispered sands

Was not clean . There was a funky smell. Needs updating. Sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable.Definitely not worth the money.
