This peaceful, light-filled condo is well-positioned between Myrtle Beach and Murrell's Inlet, and close to many attractions--golf, restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and much more. The condo is located a short walking distance to restaurants (pizza, BBQ) and bars, and is within ½ mile of the Surfside Beach Pier. It is a second-row condo with a direct ocean view and is only steps from the beach. This unit has a private balcony, secure parking, and a pool for Pelican Pass guests. It is an end unit on the first floor (approx. 10 steps to entry) and includes a full-size laundry room. The condo is very spacious with nearly 1100 sq. ft. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Two additional people can be accommodated with an inflatable queen mattress and/or with the new, cozy L-shaped couch. Guests have access to a grilling area and outdoor shower. Linen package can be provided for $100.00.

Staying at Pelican Pass with Roger as our host, has always been a great experience. This was my 4th stay here and it’s perfect for our family. The kitchen has everything you need. The condo is clean, has a nice size pool, and the best part is the beach is just steps away. Will be back next year.

This was our first time staying at this property but not our first time renting from Roger. As all his properties have been this one is great. It has all the kitchen amenities one would need to make breakfast, lunches and dinners. It was very clean and only a few steps from the beach. The pool was nice though we only used it once. In fact this is our new favorite of all Roger's properties we have stayed in. Check in and out was quick and simple and communication with Roger is always a breeze.

Wonderful location and stay

Quick walk across the street to the beach. Beach house was spacious and clean. Everything you need in one spot. Would definitely go back.

Easy stay -returning guest!

This is the second we have stayed at this property. It has not disappointed. Easy beach access, close to the pier and restaurants but quiet atmosphere. The check-in and out process was simple, straight to the point. Another happy stay!

We are a family of four from the Raleigh, NC area who love the laid back atmosphere of Surfside Beach. We decided it was time to update our place and offer it on VRBO so others can fall in love with Surfside just like us. With one tween and a teenager busy with sports and other activities we wish we had more time to visit.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Surfside offers a fantastic family-friendly environment and we have tried to outfit 102-B Pelican Pass with everything we enjoy during a vacation at the beach. The first floor unit (only one flight of stairs) has very close beach access, is walking distance from the Surfside Pier along with restaurants and bars and has a pub height table on the deck for enjoying coffee & breakfast outdoors. If you like, bring your bikes and enjoy some family time on 2 wheels!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Pelican Pass is a small condo complex. It has 2 buildings with a total of 18 units (12 in Bldg A and 6 in Bldg B). Our unit is located in Bldg B. The parking is fantastic, unlike other cramped parking lots at other complexes. The building and grounds are well maintained and offer great outdoor space. As noted many times before, it is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There's also a baseball field just steps from the complex next to Floral Lake.
