This was the best place we have stayed in Surfside. So clean and convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. We will definitely make this our go to spot!!

Staying at Pelican Pass with Roger as our host, has always been a great experience. This was my 4th stay here and it’s perfect for our family. The kitchen has everything you need. The condo is clean, has a nice size pool, and the best part is the beach is just steps away. Will be back next year.

This was our first time staying at this property but not our first time renting from Roger. As all his properties have been this one is great. It has all the kitchen amenities one would need to make breakfast, lunches and dinners. It was very clean and only a few steps from the beach. The pool was nice though we only used it once. In fact this is our new favorite of all Roger's properties we have stayed in. Check in and out was quick and simple and communication with Roger is always a breeze.

This is a great spot, well-appointed for a small group in a quiet location. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and beach chairs.I was quite surprised that the host charge a 75 extra for linens though. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing and is not standard. My friend and I had to bring in sheets,towels, washcloths, etc., which is cumbersome.The host also required us to sign a separate contract with him, which is also non-standard. The contract is through VRBO, not the individual.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condo, great location and great beach access. Condo was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful location and stay

Quick walk across the street to the beach. Beach house was spacious and clean. Everything you need in one spot. Would definitely go back.

Another great stay!!

This is the second time staying in this condo.....it could not have been any nicer!!! From the condo,,, to the beach access... to the great nights on the balcony...in fact hope to come back this fall.

Easy stay -returning guest!

This is the second we have stayed at this property. It has not disappointed. Easy beach access, close to the pier and restaurants but quiet atmosphere. The check-in and out process was simple, straight to the point. Another happy stay!
