Excellent location and property, especially while traveling with our small dog. Fenced in yard and walkability were important to us. Easy to keep the house clean with hard floors and outdoor hose for cleaning off. Beautiful scenery, well stocked kitchen and comfortable seating made it easy to stick around the house for meals and down time.

WOW! You Want Ocean Views?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: How about spectacular ocean views in three directions! Big Sea has them in spades. A spacious and very comfortable house that is showing some wear from being a rental property. We plan on renting it again next summer!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Big Sea! This was the second time we stayed in this particular house. The views are fantastic which is the main reason we love this house. It is big enough for our son and daughter-in-law from Seattle to visit and stay with us for a few days. The location is ideal in that you can walk to town, the bakery and the Farmers Market on Sunday. We love to cook and their kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils you need. All and all we want to go back again next summer and stay in the same house.

The house has a spectacular ocean view and we really enjoyed watching the waves from the very comfortable livingroom couch and recliner! We had evening fires in the fireplace, which made it really cozy.

This home does sit right on the ocean. It is an amazing view. This was the best part of our stay.The home is older than the photos make it look. We wondered if we were the first renters this spring bc it needed some sprucing up. Although the beds were comfortable, they could use some updated bedding. It’s a nice home, fabulous location just needs some serious TLC.

Beautiful views, very comfortable house, lots of room. Backyard perfect for a dog. Can’t imagine a better place to watch a storm!

Beautiful, secluded location with stellar views, but very close to everything. Clean and comfortable home, well stocked, nice furniture.

Perfect location and a reasonable price, but don't expect cleanliness if you're a clean freak. There were bread crumbs on the kitchen floor and one of the kitchen chairs when we got there, and some areas were sticky and looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The pictures make the place look much more modern and updated than it really is. The views are absolutely spectacular, but the view was obscured by dirty windows covered with salt and grime. I spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the windows. Given that we stayed there for six days, I would have expected the windows to have been cleaned for us prior to arrival. At least another 30 minutes were spent cleaning and disinfecting. The bathroom room badly needed mopping. Not bad overall for the price, but IMO this could easily be a 5-Star stay with some upgrades and regular TLC.

Simply Amazing!

Beautiful location, comfortable surroundings, warm and comfy inside, great value. Can't get enough of the views from the yard and many windows! We'd love to get back there again, soon!

Best Oregon Coast location!

Nice comfy house with the most amazing view. LItterally next store to the tide pools, and ocean views from every window Yachats is a wonderful town with a great bakery, ice cream store, seafood, etc. Very close to some neat coastal sights and hikes.

Top Tier Destination

Planned a trip to Oregon and found this oceanfront last minute. The view is spectacular and the necessities for the stay are in abundance. We walked 2-4 blocks to shop, eat, drink and enjoy a beautiful coastal town. It was perfect for us and we will certainly be back!!

Best view

My mom and I stayed here for her 80th birthday. She grew up in Yachats. The house is very nice, quiet neighborhood, close to everything and has an incredible view. I would definitely stay here again

Peaceful resting away from the insanity

A get away planned after a long hectic winter. Throughly enjoyed watching the waves crash from the comfort of the home or the backyard with our pugs

Gorgeous view!

This is a cute little house, had everything we needed, although it is in need of updating. The view was ah-mazing!! Loved the fenced backyard for our fur baby. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was a great location and was roomier than I expected it would be. It was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two kids (16 and 12). The couch is a pullout and there were plenty of blankets/pillows/bedding. We loved it here

Comfortable with fabulous view

Thoughtfully stocked, perfectly comfortable with jaw dropping views. I loved the shower and living room furniture. Location is perfect for walking the town, but we spent hours watching the waves from the cozy living room. One of my all time favorite houses!
