Our Beach House - Oceanfront in Waldport

Our Beach House is a completely remodeled and newly furnished ocean front home
that offers a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan,
which is perfect for spending time with your friends, family, or guests.

The newly constructed deck is the perfect place to sit and relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf.
This home offers easy direct beach access from the yard to miles of sandy beach.

The house is centrally located between Florence and Newport, and just minutes from Waldport and historic Yachats,
where you can find a variety of restaurants, ocean activities and shopping pleasures.

Living Room: 60 inch Flat screen TV/DVD, wood-burning fireplace, beautiful ocean views.
Dining room: Dining table with seating for 4.
Kitchen: Open to living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining. Fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and more. Beautiful ocean views.
Bathroom 1: Shower only, double sink vanity, washer/dryer.

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom: Ocean front view, king pillow top bed, vanity, 40 inch Flat screen TV, and a dresser.

Great trip

Lovely home, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are nice and comfortable. The view is gorgeous and beach is quite. We have stayed before and will stay again, this home is one of our favorites.

Beach Getaway

Great location on the beach & in between lots of places to see along the coast. Daily beach walks were loved by us & our dogs. Beds are super comfy & the home had everything we needed! This was our second time renting this home & we will definately rent again.

Great beachfront house!

Appreciated the clean, comfortable accommodations. Steps away from the beach with fantastic views. All kitchen needs were present and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Waldport Beach House

Great vacation home. Clean, well maintained and right on the sandy beach. Everything we needed was in the house and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It’s unclear in the listing, but it has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths! Very well equipped kitchen, superb view and access to the beach! Nice fenced in area for pets if needed too. The house was clean and I would recommend this location to anyone! One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at.

Steps from the beach

This is a great place to stay. Not fancy but clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The views from the living room, deck, and upstairs bedrooms are amazing. You are only 22 stairs and 25 steps from a wonderful beach that goes for miles. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best VRBO Stay at The Coast

Our family had the best time staying at this house! The views, the access to the beach was simply perfect. We all came together to celebrate 3 birthdays and it was just what we were looking for. The bedrooms were large and bright with great views, the house was so clean and very well stocked! I have owned and managed VRBO’s for the last 9 years and I was so impressed by our stay here. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Waldport Beach House

Our stay at the Beach House in Waldport was comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the house and deck. The beach front access and the beach were the best features. It felt like we were on your own private beach and you can walk for miles. Waldport is a nice, quaint community. The Sand Dunes in Florence are about 45 minutes south, and Newport is about 30 minutes north of Waldport.

Great Location, Steps from the beach

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for us and our family. The view was amazing. It was steps from the beach. A beach that had very few people. The house had everything we needed. There were a lot of items in the kitchen which made cooking easy. The outdoor patio was great! The sand toys for the kids was a bonus. A great stay! We would definitely book again!

Great Stay and Getaway

Property was great. Only problem was the heating system. It was nearly impossible to change and work the Cadet heating systems. They were very frustrating to use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We generally visit the coast a few times a year but haven’t visited for awhile because of the pandemic. We loved this house in Waldport. Good location, great beach access and beautiful views. The weather didn’t cooperate but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the house was incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Kudos to housekeeping!

Beautiful view. Nice house tons of room. The living room sectional needs to be replaced. Dirty from dogs. Some mattresses yuk. Lots of little kid use obviously Didn’t find the real beach access until I called the office. Would book again. We even got good weather for May.

Location is everything!

This home is gorgeous. The location is absolutely perfect being right in the beach in a quiet area. Pulling off the highway at night can be a bit stressful but manageable. Our only complaint was how filthy the home was upon arrival. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. Towels and bedding were musty, easily remedied with doing a load of laundry. When I reported the condition of the home the property manager was quick to respond and we were able to come to a compromise. Overall, a great home just needs a good clean!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice stay. We were there nearly 3 weeks. Great views and easy beach access. Unfortunately, the last week was taken up by trying to rid everything from the infestation of fleas. We had to purchase items to kill the fleas, and did wash every day for a week. We heard the fleas were exceptionally bad this year. Overall I would consider staying again.

Trip to the coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five of us stayed in this wonderful house in early September. The location was fabulous as we were able to walk directly out onto the beach each day. The view from the deck was great and it also had a plexiglass rail to break the wind. The view from the living room as also very nice with the large windows facing the beach. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. The house was equipped with all the essentials as well as the paper products you would need. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay at this house.

Great House, Great Location

We were looking to just get away for a few days with our grown children, one grandson and two dogs. This house was perfect. It is well appointed with everything we needed. (The 'supplied' laundry detergent was empty, but we had brought some. Since they want you to wash the towels when you leave, that could have been a problem, but I figure that was a minor oversight.) The location of this house was wonderful. Just outside of Waldport, on an uncrowded stretch of beach. We were not looking for the busy-ness of the beach towns, especially during Covid times, so this was perfect. A nice spot to come together and relax, play on the beach and enjoy the sea. This is a dog and kid friendly house, with a nice deck and a little fenced yard. The steps down to the beach are very well maintained and there was a neat little surprise bench about halfway down. A super peaceful spot for sure. We loved it.
