Long weekend

Check in was easy and property was very clean. The cafe by the pool was convenient for meal and cocktails. We would definitely stay here again.

4 day Birthday Getaway

Perfect spot for a birthday get away to see ACDC in concert! Condo was perfect, view from the balcony beautiful, resort in great location. We had the best time and will definitely be back when visiting Tampa!

The condo looks just like the pictures. Very clean. Nicely maintained building and grounds. Only 10 minutes from the airport which was very convenient but not in a flight path which is great. Really good restaurants across the street. All I wanted to do was relax by the pool or on the beach for 3 days and have great dinners out. This was perfect for that!

Breathtaking sunsets

Staff was very friendly. Unit was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The sunsets were beautiful! And the owner was easy to contact and very accommodating.. we loved our stay!

We really liked the property and the view from our room. The owners were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for my husband and I to enjoy for his birthday celebration. The bed was very comfortable. This property is in a great location to get over to St Pete or Tampa for the day! The couch is comfortable and there are two well appointed chairs. We also enjoyed the kitchen and ability to quickly throw together a meal.The only slight hiccup was the bedroom could use blackout curtains. The external hallway light was really bright through the sides of the blind both nights we were there.

Great host, great place.

We loved the views from the balcony. The place was well cleaned, equipped with kitchen utensils and amenities. Our host, Christine, give well cleared instructions for check in and check out. We we’ll definitely be coming back for our next vacation.

Girls Getaway

The property was just as nice as described in the pictures with a beautiful view. Eveything was nice and clean. Great location and we were near everything. The owners provided good communication when needed. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

We needed an overnight accomodations for one day before we departed tap. This was a very friendly complex, check in was very easy process, and suite was very clean.

Rocky Point getaway

Great location in Tampa to get just about anywhere. The property was nice and apartment was very clean and updated. There is a pool right on the water where you can watch Great sunsets. They also have a fun grill and bar at the pool. Everything you need! We would stay again.

Perfect spot for a great relaxing stay. Room was spotless and exactly as advertised. Great view. Could have a few more items on hand like scissors, a few k cups to get started and maybe a bottle of water or two. We did have a slight issue I paid for extended checkout, which was to be 1 PM made service started trying to get in at 10:45. They came back three times after we told them not to come back. I know that the property manager was trying to fix this issue. Other than that, it was a fantastic day. I highly recommend and I would return.

Short Get Away

The location and condo met our expectations. We did not understand that the washer and dryer were not in the unit, but the laundry room was easily accessible.We will look into renting this unit in the future. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

Fantastic Stay!

This rental was great for the three of us. My 7 yr old son comfortably slept on the pullout. The condo was well equipped, clean with great amenities on the property. Location was important as well. To be able to easily drive to South Tampa. St Pete and Carollwood. I was concerned about being so close to airport but that was not a problem. Very quiet nights. We would definitely rent this unit again! Christine met our every needs and always available for comminications. Thank you!

Would stay again

We had a really great time! There were a few things that we noticed that made us question how well the place was cleaned. There was an open/half drank seltzer can on the ground next to the dresser in our bedroom and pretzel rods under the couch in the living room. The wine opener was broken and the place let us borrow theirs, which I returned at check out. Overall the place was really nice and perfect for the 3 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. The pool and bar area were lovely. We went to a lot of beaches and didn’t realize how far away everything was. It was nice to come back and have the pool there. All of the workers were really friendly. The hosts communicated information clearly and provided details that we needed for check in and check out.
