Condo on Tampa Bay

The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. It was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and nicely quiet. Great location and beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. Chris was always available and very helpful before and during our stay.

Wonderful stay

This was our first trip to Tampa. We were looking for a place to relax near our niece and we found it! This property is very clean and well kept. The host is attentive and organized. We also enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant had excellent food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Tampa bay. We hope to return again!

Great view and amenities

This condo checked all our boxes. Great view. Clean. Well appointed - everything we needed. And the kids loved the pool. Chris is a wonderful host — great, quick communication with helpful suggestions and information. Would definitely stay again when visiting Tampa.

Beautiful Views!

Space was the perfect size for two people staying two nights. Would return just for the view of the sunset from the balcony and the private tanning beach!

Great Spot near airport with a View

The condo was perfect for our group of four. It is located near the airport and convenient to a major highway. The complex is safe & quiet, and the views are great as well. Everything about the stay was as advertised with no problems. Thanks Chris!

Wedding Getaway

This is an excellent location if you are needing to be in the middle of everything Tampa area has to offer. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was perfect for two adults. Great amenities and felt very safe. Property owner was very informative and responsive to questions. We will keep this in mind for another trip!

Spot On

I stayed for a quick trip to visit friends and wanted to stay on the water. I am so glad I took a chance and booked this condo. Immediately after booking, Chris sent me a video giving the layout and easy-to-follow rules. The description and cleanliness were spot on. The views, the pool, and the bar were awesome! I will book again on my next visit!

What a great place with a fantastic view! Chris was terrific to work with and was very prompt and organized. The Bamboo restaurant and bar on property was delicious! Shelly was a delight and joy to converse with while eating. Drinks were wonderful and the sunset was so special! The entire group worked endless hours to get things working from the storms. What a great gem and I look forward to staying there again. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony over the bay was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. I really can’t wait to return!

A perfect week!

It was a wonderful stay! The view from this condo was beautiful! I had everything I needed. The pool was perfectly warm even in February. I had no complaints but the manager still contacted me to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for a perfect week!

My wife and I were very impressed with this modern condo. We also had a great view of the property including the tikis and fire pit at night and, of course, of Tampa Bay. The condo owner, Chris, was highly cooperative and attentive. An excellent choice!

Just as expected!

Owner made sure to communicate with us (other reviewers were not wrong!!). Loved knowing what to expect. Great condo - great to have amenities like the pool/sitting areas/fire pit and pool bar and grill

Great stay

This was a very clean condo and location. Just minutes from everything we wanted to do. Everything was just as it was listed. Chris, the owner of the condo was amazing with communication! Our stay was just 2 days after the hurricane, and he was so patient and accommodating to us as we didn't even know until the day before if we could still go on our trip or not. Even when he had to evacuate, we never lost communication. I will definitely stay at this location again.
