Great place - love the bathroom shower and plush towels. Small place but has everything you need! Perfect spot and location. Marion provided milk, coffee, english muffins and butter. Which was appreciated

As soon as my wife and I went inside the apartment it smelled great. The place looks clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Including beach chairs and towels or if you’re cooking, you’ve got what you need as well. Definitely will come back to the same location. Fishing within the same location and the beach is nearby. Airport is like a 7-minute drive and about 20 minutes from downtown Tampa.

Location is ideal if you are looking to stay by the bay. Great for a couple or a couple with a school age child. Pool is convenient with Tampa Bay in the background. You can drive to downtown Tampa, Clearwater or St. Petersburg within 30 mins or so from the condo. Condo is clean and parking is convenient. Great communication with host! Enjoyed our stay!

The host was great, even left us coffee and snacks. The place was clean, nice view and has everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. The outside pool and pool bar were really nice for relaxing. The condo check in process was very easy, no problems at all and would definitely book again!

A beautiful property on a great location!! Nice pool and white sand beach area to rest and relax at! Marion was a fantastic host and so accommodating!! The condo was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean!! Will definitely come back to visit again!! Highly recommend!

Marion was a great host. She was always a phone call away if you needed her. Easy to get in and out of building. The condo had everything you needed and plenty of towels. The parking underneath the building was neat so we didn't get wet getting in car if it was raining and kept it cooler in the heat. We enjoyed using the pool and walking around the complex for morning walks.

First time in Tampa and could not have picked a better place. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Communication with host was excellent. Everyone at property was cordial and respectful. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely return for another stay. Sunsets are breathtaking!

My family and I enjoyed our condo in Sailport. The check-in process and check-out process was quick. Our host Marion was so sweet and always attentive. She kept us updated with anything and was always a phone call away. The condo is fairly small, but perfect for a small family of 4. The place has a pool, laundry room, fire pit, and sandy area to play volleyball. The host provided everything for us and even left us some cute souvenirs. We were close to the airport and only about 15 minutes away from shopping areas and food. We were close to Tampa Zoo and Tampa Aquarium. Overall we enjoyed it and will stay here again. Thanks Marion for allowing us to stay in your place.

We had a great stay at the condo. The sunset view was fabulous! This condo was so convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

The host was great with communication, went out of her way to let us know about things. She left us some goodies to enjoy while there which was great. Super soft and absorbent bath towels. Overall facility was good, enjoyed spending time on the sand area watching the bay and the sunsets. Small restaurant at poolside was perfect for a quick bite. Centrally located for us to easily attend several Spring Training games.

My stay at Marion’s condo at Sailport in Tampa was absolutely wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the private setting with a pool and bar made it the perfect retreat. Marion went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, making me feel truly welcome and cared for—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
