2-Person Romantic Treehouse Getaway in Hocking Hills, Ohio

Escape to our cozy Treehouse retreat and fully immerse yourself into the beautiful scenery of Hocking Hills! This tiny home is studio-style, offering a queen bed and a foldout sofa for extra lounging space. Enjoy the comforts of full HVAC, fast Wi-Fi, and an electric fireplace for those chilly evenings. We also have a Bluetooth sound system with speakers built into the ceiling and a DVD player with a small collection of DVDs for your entertainment.

When you're ready to unwind, step outside through the large sliding glass doors and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on our wraparound deck or relax around the fire pit under the twinkle lights!

Tiny home = tiny kitchen! Our small but well-equipped kitchenette has two hot plates, pots, pans, a mini fridge and freezer, griddle, toaster oven, classic toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you need. There's even a 6-bottle wine cooler and an electric grill on the deck for outdoor cooking. While we don't have a traditional oven, microwave, or dishwasher, most guests still manage to prepare delicious meals without a hitch!

Our treehouse also features a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a small vanity. The window offers privacy with just the flip of a switch, creating the perfect blend of nature and comfort.

Perfect place for a quiet relaxing getaway, yet only a 20-25 minute easy drive to all the top hiking trails! Property was fully stocked with all kitchen wares and towels, etc. very clean. The wrap around porch was so amazing, along with the views.

Secluded, up in the trees, could hear the whip-poor-wills at night. Cozy (16x16) but very efficiently laid out with pretty much every thing a couple would need. Clean, with up to date styling. Close to Hocking Hills attractions. Received a very quick response from the owners to the one question we had.

Relax in the trees

You really do feel like you are up in the trees when you stay here. It is so peaceful and relaxing and the sunrises were beautiful

Cute and comfortable little cabin, love the windows, views on every single side! The only thing that was not ideal (for us) was the distance from the cabin to the fire ring. That is the only reason I took away one star. We saw several deer on our evening walks, the property is very quiet and secluded. The WiFi was a nice touch as we didn’t have much of a cell signal. Nice couple days in the treetops! Our pup loved watching the trees for squirrels!!

Amazing in every way

Megan was a very encouraging host! It was our 30th anniversary and she had a cheesecake waiting for us in the fridge. The treehouse is beautiful! We loved the wraparound deck, comfortable bed and beautiful decor with so many windows (our fav part). Megan was so quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this treehouse.

Very nice. Not really a treehouse per se it nonetheless was elevated among many trees. Somewhat difficult to find but very close to most attractions in Hocking Hills. Bring enough food and drink because stores are few and far between. Overall a nice place and pet friendly!

A very cool rental for my husband and me. The wall to wall windows really enhanced the feeling of being in the trees. We watched the sunrise from bed. A favorite for sure.

Perfect treehouse!

This treehouse was everything we’d hope for! The location was beautiful and the treehouse was clean and welcoming. We loved all the windows and waking up to the sunrise every morning. The treehouse was equipped with everything we needed, including an electric grill for a homemade dinner. We will definitely be back!

Quiet anniversary weekend getaway!

This was a very unique spot! Very quiet and peaceful! The treehouse had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend Anniversary getaway! Enjoyed the hiking at Hocking Hills State Park! Grabbing lunch and dinner at Jimbo’s was tasty and convenient. Thank you for the goodies we really enjoyed while we waited for the sunset! We woke to a beautiful sunrise and wished we could have stayed longer!

The Koblitz family has been visiting Hocking Hills for the last 40+ years, and in 2015 decided to build our own legacy. 

Ian, with 20 years of real estate experience, found his true calling in short-term rentals. He is the visionary and mastermind behind our properties – each designed to offer a one-of-a-kind stay. Alongside his wife, Megan, they have turned their love for real estate into something truly special – dedicating themselves to creating unique and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

In the last decade, we have grown our portfolio to include our OG Family Cabin, Treehouse, Underground Earth Home, Grain Silo, Airstream Glamper, and our newest Retro Cabin. 

However, we are NOT a big cabin company! Every property has been carefully designed, constructed, remodeled, and maintained by us. Our team is truly a family affair!
