Great view, wonderful house and perfect for a large group. We were 4 couples (2 retired and 2 still working) and our stay was exactly what the doctor ordered. The only negative was that the hot tub was broken and we reported it on the first day we were there’s. They could not get it fixed. Other than that, a great property.

The location, view, space and property were amazing. The house could use a tiny bit of TLC but I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Villa! The views were breathtaking. The property was lovely and our entire family of 11 was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent the majority of our time in the beautiful pool area. The property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Property is second to none. First floor layout was a homerun for individuals with limited mobility. The views are stunning and provide a 180-degree view of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring cays. I would return to this property in a heartbeat.

The house has the most amazing view when sitting out in the patio area or in the pool. Everything was just as advertised. Would recommend this place. Close drive to great restaurants and beach too

We had a great stay at the villa. The layout with bedrooms upstairs and down was good for multiple families. We also loved the expansive outdoor space. A lot of places to relax and find shade. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property is close to Red Hook and multiple different beaches. We would definitely stay again!

If you like the pictures you will love this place. Everything is as good or better in person. Amazing views, very clean, well stocked and even more spacious than I thought. Great communication from host and owner. Also the location is perfect with easy access to stores and restaurants as well as the ferry to St. John. Very highly recommend.

We traveled with a total of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids. This house was absolutely perfect! We had enough space to not be on top of each other while still being able to spend quality time together. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. Having beach chairs and a cooler for us to use was a game changer and something I haven’t experienced at a VRBO before. The communication with the host and property manager was so easy. The property manager called me prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. From booking to checkout everything was perfection!

Great Property! We had a family of 8 for a vacation. The home is very close t the local attractions. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. The pool and beach access were amazing. We definitely had a great time.

Great vacation

We had a blast, close to Red Hook and ferry to St John, went there for dinner. While at Villa totally relaxed, Just us and th e ocean.

Paradise found

Thanks to our hosts for an amazing family vacation. The house was amazing, the pool and patio was perfect and the views were once in a lifetime!! Couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of 10 getaway.

Picture perfect

We had an amazing multi-generational family stay. The house and area was exactly as advertised, with stunning views, a lovely pool, amazing access to beaches, and a great house set-up. Terrific property support during our stay as well.

The Villa and view exceeded every expectation. Absolutely fantastic vacation. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults, especially in the evening. Nearby grocery stores were convenient. We made most of our meals at the Villa and the kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation!
