Susan is AMAZING host! The listing is exactly how she describes. There isn’t updated appliances or granite counters, but a cozy little beach condo in a perfect location. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. Susan was by far an amazing host. She did a check in mid week to ensure we had settled in and enjoying our time.

If you are looking for a great property right on the beach, stop looking and book this one. Very comfortable and homey. Clean. Kitchen was great. Super comfortable bed. But the best part was the hostess! She responded quickly and was super helpful our entire stay. Self ownership vs corporate ownership makes all the difference. She truly cares that your experience is the best possible.

We loved the view from the balcony, how close we were to the beach, pool, and having access to the pier. The smart tv with all the apps for shows and movies were nice to have. Improvements that could be made: room darkening windows treatment for the bedroom because there's a light at night outside, the lock on the sliding glass door to balcony needs to be replaced, and generally the condo needs to be updated to look more modern but overall we enjoyed our stay and Susan was very responsive and great!

Thank you for the kind review, and being wonderful guests. The slider is fixed, but our condo's "look" remains Traditional Carolina Coastal. For example, we recently replaced the frig and stove, but in white, because we like it better at the beach. We like colors and beachy theme, which is not currently "in style".

What a wonderful find! This was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunks and you can’t beat the location- super close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The host was quick to respond with questions and was very accommodating. Our kids are already asking when we can book our next trip back!

Instant bookings sometimes do not read our full description. We are not Mid-Century, Modern, Minimalist, At All, which are the current popular styles. Those designs have a very clean look in general. We are SC Beach traditional. Please don't book without all adults reading full description. We aim to have happy guests.

Really enjoyed the balcony, listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze while having coffee in the mornings. Good restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store is literally just up the street. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Overall great place to stay.

Loved the location. Steps away from the beach and in walking distance to the restaurants. Also loved the private pier.
