Enjoy the good life by the sea and our first floor end unit #132, just 7 steps will certainly help you accomplish these objectives without a lot of steps to wear you out. Save your energy to walk the beautiful beach or fish from the pier that is private to Sea Cabin guests.

Experience the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your newly carpeted furnished balcony. The view of the ocean from here is great and the rhythmic sound of the sea and breeze off the ocean may tempt you to want to enjoy lunch and dinner from here as well. However, if you do want to get out, no problem, the condo is located in the heart of the recently renovated downtown Isle of Palms shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.

There is Newly Renovated Kitchen, New Tile Flooring, and new Wood Flooring in the Living Area. A queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and two built in bunk beds (great for the children) directly across from the master bedroom. Linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival and departure cleaning is provided.

The beach is simply seven steps down and a short walk from your condo. The condo also features a large oceanfront pool with a lot of decking for sunbathing by the beach. There is also a nice grilling area for your outdoor cooking. If sightseeing is on your agenda, you are only a few miles to Sullivans Island and Fort Moultrie or just 13 miles to the historic District of downtown Charleston.

You are also within minutes of Cape Romaine Wildlife Refuge, USS Yorktown(...as seen on Scy. Fy. Ghost Hunters...) and Bulls Island. We have not even considered yet the many fine golf courses in the area. The activities and fine restaurants abound. Perfect location, awesome condo

I've stayed at a few of the Sea Cabins over the last several years, I'd highly recommend this unit. It is one of the cleanest places I've stayed at here. Perfect short walk to the beach and pool. All the appliances needed to not eat out every day, but also close to several local establishments. Plenty of bathroom towels and linens/pillows provided for a week stay. Also, it was so nice having a working ice maker in the freezer, you don't realize how nice this is until filling a cooler twice a day for the beach. Highly recommend!!!!

Very clean, a short walk to the beach

The condo was very clean and as described! It was well worth the value! Just a super short walk to the beach with its own private beach access, private pool, and even private pier! Just a couple of min walk to local restaurants!

We would have very much loved to stay longer in this nice apartment. Unfortunately, due to the tropical storm Debby and extensive rain, we had to leave the apartment and area earlier than foreseen. What a pity...!

It was perfect for my little family. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. The grounds were well kept as well. My only concern was the fact that the gates to the beach access as well as the pool were not working, so anyone and everyone could come in. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back!

Girls trip

We had a small bachelorette trip and it was the perfect location. Just right up one flight of stair and a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. It was very safe and everything was as described. Check in and out was very easy. I also slept on the pullout sofa and it was one of the most comfortable pullout sofas I’ve slept on. It was a great stay for us.

This property was not newly renovated but rather dilapidated.it was definitely not as advertised. The couch pillows and chairs were old and stained. The shower was very slow draining, the coffee maker was filthy, paint was peeling off the walls. The washer dryer were not in the unit but rather a pay laundry on the property. We were extremely disappointed.

Spring Break

The location is perfect. You have an ocean view from the balcony and are steps from the beach and pool. The unit could use some updating nut overall it was great for me and my two kids.

Great bargain

This is a perfect place to stay with a family. Our kids are seven and eight and got a kick out of the bunkbeds. The beach and pool are great and you can’t beat the location. Tom was very accommodating and responsive.

Convenient

The beach and pool are a short walk from the room. The room is also very close to the “downtown” area so there are multiple restaurants and stores in walking distance. We had a great time while visiting. Very convenient location!

Short getaway for R&R

Nice little time away from work with a couple of friends. Love the IOP location and a first floor end unit. The owner was super pleasant, friendly and made a conscious effort to ensure everything was ready ahead of our arrival. Enjoyed the getaway and look forward to next time.

We were comfortable - It did what we needed it to do

The access to the beach and pool was great. Overall the complex was easy to navigate and as clean as could be expected for a major holiday weekend, which was coming up as we departed and was filling fast. Our particular condo did what we needed it to do. It provided beds, a shower, and place to crash after a hard day of play in the sun. The A/C in the condo was great. It kept the rooms nice and cool. The shower had good water pressure which is a huge plus. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan which made sleeping much more enjoyable. The bed was a good mix of firm yet soft. The bunk beds in the hallway were fairly hard. The children (who can pretty much sleep anywhere) chose to use the hide-a-bed instead. There were clean sheets and blankets for the bed as well. The kitchen, while small, had everything we needed. There was nice selection of glassware, plates, and flatware to use when we popped in for lunch. Overall, it was a good stay. The condo could use a little paint, and there were screws holding the linoleum down in places, but those cosmetic issues didn't detract from our comfort.

Love Sea Cabins

My family have stayed at Sea Cabins before and loved it. This year we stayed here, but in a different condo. The condo is close to the little shops on IOP which is a plus! The owner was easy to work with when planning our stay. With that being said I have to say the condo needs renovated/updated! The floors are super old and have places where they’re caving in a bit. We did have a few issues..The stove eyes not working, but they were just not connected properly, the toilet plunger we needed to use once was flimsy, and the tv in the bedroom not working. Not a huge deal breaker, but would have been nice to have something to watch while we were in bed. We wanted to clean up the floors a bit, but the vacuum was messed up so we just used the broom. The porch lining is coming up where someone could trip and the lock to the porch door is hard to lock. My experience is in no way bashing this condo. I just think the owner needs to make some renovations and update the place. Now the pool is a nice one! It’s kept clean and instead of chlorine they use a saltwater system. The pool and pier are private so that’s even better! We will be back to Sea Cabins.

Graduation Get-Away

We owned one of these cabins when they were first built. Sold when we moved away. College graduation for granddaughter and short stay at the beach was just great. Nice to be back for a visit!!!

Enjoyed it so much ! So easy to get to ! Loved the space and you can definitely see the ocean from the balcony ! Proximity to restaurants and shops was great and bed was super comfortable!! Would love to stay again anytime !!

Perfect beach weekend

The condo was clean and quiet with all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The beach was just across the parking lot. I would absolutely rent here again!!

6 people were shot within 100 yards of the unit. The private pool and beach entrance was unsecured and literally 1000 high school kids came through the condo units. Owner lost internet during this violent occasion? Seriously? The beach was closed and there were was zero contact with the owner who had my phone number. As you read some of the owners snarky comments I’m sure he’ll have something rude to say about me. Do NOT stay here!!!!

We both grew up in South Carolina and always vacationed at the South Carolina beaches. We currently reside in the low country area and purchased our condo for our family and rental guests. Now that we have several grandchildren, we enjoy taking them to the beach so they can have the same experiences we had.

We think the Isle of Palms, Mt Pleasant, and Charleston are ideal places for a great vacation. Charleston was recently voted the #1 Tourist Destination in the United States by Travel Magazine. This area is great for spending quality time with family and friends. There is something here for everyone.

We enjoy the pool, the peacefulness of the ocean. You can sit on the balcony and here the soothing sound of the waves on the shore. Our adult children and grandchildren, of course, enjoy the sand and surf.
