Fully renovated beachfront condo! Walk to beach, pool, pier and restaurants!

A beachgoers dream! This one bedroom oceanfront "Sea Cabin" is on the first floor and has been meticulously updated (2024 renovation). This sea cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, Community (non-Heated) Pool, beach access, and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a full bathroom featuring a large tiled in standing shower. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex.
Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
There are a few steps to get up to the first floor.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide a few travel soaps and shampoos, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, two laundry and dish pods, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

Relax & Enjoy

We have come to love the Sea Cabins. It is our go to place to stay for our semi annual trip to the transplant hospital in Charleston. This cabin was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. But most of all, it is QUIET. We were able to have a good night's sleep and some much needed rest.

Great getaway for a couple

Only thing that needed attention was a slow draining bathroom sink. As others have stated sliding screen to glass door is too small, therefore ineffective.

Beach Wedding

We were here for a family wedding. First time to the area. Had a great time condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Probably wouldn’t want any more than that…tight quarters. Place was very clean and comfy for the weekend. The patio screen is too small for the door and bugs can still get in. Overall great location!

Great location!

We booked the condo for a beach and concert weekend. Turns out the concert was postponed, but this location would have been perfect for that (Credit One Stadium). We still had plenty to do with a short drive into downtown. The beach and the pool was right there and restaurants just a short walk away!

AMAZING STAY

We stayed in late August and had an amazing stay here. Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 9 - 12years fit just fine since we were only in there to shower and sleep. We spent most of our time at the beach and pool! The location to beach, pool, restaurants, shops and grocery store was perfect without having a car. Walmart and Amazon delivered directly to our door for large grocery order and a last-minute needs. For smaller and deli items the grocery store was just a 8 minute walk. Very quant area that gave us a perfect beachy feel. Enough restaurants to try a new place every night!

Our Stay

Couldn't really have asked for more. Only issue we had was the stairs. From the room and out to the beach. But, convenient location, a/c worked great, good water pressure, and kitchen was well furnished. Would stay here again.

Beach with family

The property was well equipped, and very clean! Although it was cozy we got around ok! The only suggestion I would have is to have more than one towel per person. We went to target and bought four towels. The best part of the property was the shower! Absolutely my favorite! The short walk to the beach was amazing and wonderful since I have back surgery coming up soon! Definitely would stay there again!

Great for 2

Overall it was a great stay. I wanted to give our pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The Reno is nice, bathroom/kitchen are nice. They thought through many things like hooks for towels, it’s crazy the number of places I’ve stayed that had no towel hooks, they had plenty. Plenty of USB plug-ins were also a nice addition. The location was perfect. Having parking was great as well. The AC worked almost too good, we kept it set a little higher because we’d get cold. Balcony was nice, but crowded with the furniture it has. Hot water heater was great, plenty of hot water for both of us to shower. Cons: no actual beach view, the main bed was not comfortable to me, but my husband was fine. The bathroom light/vent combo is really loud. It would be nice to not have those be on together because in the middle of the night it’s really loud. The beach is not as private as you’d think with needing a code to go through the gates to go out to the beach. There were many people who parked in the condo parking and were able to go through the gate because it’s broken so the weekend was crazy busy. If you happen to face a medical emergency as we did on our first day, the East Cooper Medical Center was so wonderful. The nurses, the doctors, the outpatient surgery team….the whole experience was the best ER experience. We ended up being there a whole day due to my husband having to have surgery, but the actual doctor even called the next day to check on him. Overall great value and location.

Nice little condo

The indoor condo was excellent within walking range of beach, shops and restaurants. My wife was concerned about the exterior condo building, but overall impressed with the interior decorations and setup.

Look no more

If you’re looking to enjoy the beach, walking distance? Look no more! This is it! Nicely renovated and well appointed! The only thing that is confusing (which is detailed on the small letters of the property description) is that it's says it can accommodate up to 5 guests. In reality It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, but the children has to be no older than 10. Not 5 adults, it will be very tight. Other than limited space, the location is just FANTASTIC and I’ll will go back, no questions asked! Thank you!

Little Niche at IOP

Small, recently updated first floor condo situated on ocean front. The ocean can be seen from balcony , but beach is obscured by dunes. Perfect for individuals with mobility issues or a small family. Very close to boardwalk, pool, and pier.
