The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and an impressive list of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. It’s truly upscale, without being overwhelming.
This residence is nicely appointed with a fully equipped and updated kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The dining room seats 4 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a large balcony that can be reached from both bedrooms as well as the den. This is an outside unit facing North Breakers pool area.
Location amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center, and a business center with internet access. Parking is available for two vehicles under the unit complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.
You will want to return year after year to the Beach Club 108.

• No pets are allowed in this unit.

*** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only one parking pass is provided.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs and a DVD located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
