Beach Club 225 - 2 bed/2 bath - amazing views!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to Beach Club - Unit #225.

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the coffee counter.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath – with both a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Not ready for bed? Tucked inside this spacious bedroom is a perfect spot to read a good book. The guest room has two twin-size beds and shares access to the balcony along with the master bedroom. Your balcony is on the outside of Beach Club, overlooking North Breakers.

The Beach Club on St. Simons Island is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. (Parking passes will be provided). ****
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village
**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Excellent location

Beautiful pool, courtyard and easy walk to the beach. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping too.

Mixed bag - loved the setting, property needs attention

To be fair the managers of the property were promptly responsive to our concerns as they arose and also helped to provide financial recompense. There were issues with appliances being too old to work as expected, failing light fixtures, black mold infesting toilets and showers, rotting patio furniture, and uncomfortable couch and recliners.

Awesome stay

We stay at Beach Club every year. This was our first at #225 and loved it. 4/5 only becuase we only had 2.5 rolls of TP. Two adults ran out the last morning on a 5 day stay. That was truly the only downside. My wife said it was the prettiest condo we have stayed at in the last 6 years.

Beach condo

Space and condo fine. The condo grounds were very lovely but i have allergies and the line if flowering bushes was too intense to be able to sit on balcony. Maybe condo can reduce some of those bushes for less aromatic ones. But other than that, we had a nice stay.

Nice view

Great location

Great condo location ... we rented bikes nearby and were able to bike into pier, lighthouse, restaurants, etc. Very cozy, home-like property. Steps from the beach. Would definitely recommend if visiting St Simons Island.

Convenient rental on St Simons

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was definitely a good option for my stay. I was attending a conference at the King & Prince, but the rooms were sold out. This was close by. The condo was comfortable and clean. The parking is a little tight but nice that it's covered. Also the condo had a very slight odor -- maybe prior smokers? I didn't notice after being in the condo for a bit but when you first walk in it was noticeable. But otherwise it was very clean, the rental company was very professional and helpful, and it was a good spot to stay. You do need to bring your own beach towels and chairs as those are not provided.

Florida: our holiday in the sun!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights in May 2022 The apartment was not as featured in this photo There were extra items of furniture in the lounge which made the room difficult to get round The initial impression was of a dark room with most of the wall space featuring pictures The sofa had a damaged leg The kitchen cupboards were ancient and the ice maker in the freezer compartment appeared to be operating continuously We had to empty the ice cubes every 2 days! The waste disposal unit in the sink backed up several times and eventually developed a major leak This had clearly happened over a lengthy time since the cabinet showed evidence of prior leakage. The master bedroom was excellent and bathroom was very large with double sinks All things considered we would probably stay in Beach Club again but not in this apartment We informened. Real Escapes of thes matters on departure

Sisters Reunion

My 3 sisters and I enjoyed our stay in the. I do, everything was just as the listing stated. Parking in the garage was a bit of an issue due to the small parking spots, but we managed!

Valentine's getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was immaculate, well equipped and decorated--just as advertised. Loved the location so close to the beach--and with a balcony and a view of the beach. Will definitely stay here in the future. It was awesome!!
